This company sent a representative out to a rental property i manage and gave me a price to do a service. I got tge price approved and then they told me "sorry we were wrong and we mis bid it". So, I hade to take a 1500 loss when I had to get the work done. Beware of these guys. They then tried to stick me with $145 dollar service fee for tge wrong advice.

They are friendly, competent profession and usual have the parts we need.

They quote you one price on the phone you waste your time going over there to find out it’s a much much higher price. Don’t let idiots answer the phone you’re going to lose business!

This would be a five start review if I could buy something from them when I need it. Their hours make it difficult to shop here. Monday through Friday they aren’t open before I need to go to work and have just closed by the time I get back. They are only open for a small 3 hour window on Saturdays and are closed on Sunday. That gives me just a three hour window per week I can come in to actually see if they have what I need. It’s is unfortunate because I can usually just order whatever it is off Amazon or whatever and have it in a more timely manner. I know that’s a me problem but I feel if they were open till 6 or 7 on week days they would do a lot more business with electricians working standard hours.

Shannon Speck Electric, LLC worked on several items inside a rental me and my husband own. The renter felt perfectly comfortable and safe with them coming into her home. They were kind and respectful. They talked to me and told me what all needed to be repaired and worked with us until we found what was aesthetically pleasing to us and our renter. They charged exactly what they estimated. Got the job done in a very reasonable timeframe. The customer service is second to none. I recommend them VERY highly for any job involving electric installation, repair, etc.

First time calling on Speck’s Electric and was very pleased with their quick response. They were able to come the same day that I called and had our electrical problem resolved in a few hours. I had requested a varied work order. General inspection of wiring, replace fan, and new light installation.
Everything went well.
It went so well that I got an estimate on a future light installation.

I called this company on Tues of this week. A very , professional, attentive, a great listeners to my needs sweet lady name Kelsey, I hope I spelled her name correctly.

I told her what I needed, she assured me she would get back to me as to when someone could come out, which I wasn't expecting her to call me back this wk.

But she did! Wed, she advised me of the feedback of my needs and when I could expect and electrician.

That was Wed, today, Thursday, I had 2 electrician to come out.

Mr. Thomas and Mr. Mark showed up and showed out, very professional yet they had that hometown neighbor environment, which I grew up with and still love.

I tried to explain what my husband wanted me to convey to them, My words were all jumbled and mixed up, it didn't make sense to me and I was the one saying them.

I couldn't quit get the sentences to make sense, but Mark and Thomas was a great team of deciphering what I was trying to get out, all I could say each time was "Yes, that's it" or "Yes, thank you :)

What a pleasant, yet shocking surprise when they told me the work was going to be done today, I said today??!!
Most companies come out let you know what's needed, set up another appt to come out to do the job, etc

Not Shannon Specks Team, everything was said and done in that 1 appt.
I look at their sign every time I come to town and say, I need to call them,month after month.
