They were great. We had signed for what needed to be done. They found we did not need all of that and decreased our bill accordingly. They made sure we understood everything they did.

This is the third time we have used Shannon Speck Electric and have been pleased each time. I wish I knew the Fellas Name who has completed three projects for us and each time has done an outstanding job!

Original estimate was 850. Part of the work on the original estimate ($200) was not done. They said they went to the store to buy some screws and they had them in their truck but charged 3 hours for the trip to the store. They inflated their work time. They wasted time on their phone.
When I called to complain the woman yelled at me on the phone, out of control.
I would use someone else if possible.
None professional, smoking without asking if it was offensive.
Some lamps are crooked, they will have to be redone.

Whole Home Generator Electical tie in and electrical hook up by Shannon Speck Inc. went perfect! Chase did a great job and was very polite and easy to talk too. Extremely efficient for the amount of work do be completed. Would not hesitate to call this company again. A++++.

I worked with Kelsey to schedule home electrical repair service. She was so very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. The day and time that we had scheduled the electricians were a little behind. She called and explained the situation and then asked if it would be alright for them to come about an hour later. Mark and Thomas then came right on schedule. They were professional, respectful, efficient and fun to work with. What a refreshing experience to work with such terrific people!

We had a 20Amp breaker that just wouldn't stop tripping... but we couldn't figure out what it went to as everything in the house worked just fine? After literal years of trying to solve the mystery ourselves we gave up and called Shannon Speck Electric. Only took their technician, Mr. Taylor, less than 20 minutes to track it down, solve the mystery, fix everything, and make our house safe again.

Mr.Taylor also found that 2 GFCI outlets on our back deck were bad and not enclosed properly. I am very grateful that he went above and beyond to ensure everything in our house was good to go!

We recently had our home struck by lighting. Shannon Speck Electric came out to our home, inspected the damage and worked great with the insurance company. They replaced damaged wires, outlets and switches, light fixtures and flood lights. They were very courteous and when they left everything was cleaned up. They made our home feel safe again! Chase was great. Gave me lots of good advice on my first generator. The install was very clean and organized. He was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. They will be our go to electricians from now on.

I highly recommend Shannon Speck Electric! The guys that came were amazing! We had chandeliers installed and our ceilings are challenging by height! The guys had a challenge for sure! They really thought through their process! They were careful and precise and the final product is amazing! They also installed an extra appliance outlet in the garage done in minutes! I called super last minute because my brain is on modern life overload, and I needed electric run before concrete was poured (we are talking few days turn around). This company went above and beyond to fit my super tight timeline and seriously saved the day. They also noticed a safety issue with my panel and recommended replacement! House fires are no joke. Logan was amazing we just went through a terrible storm that took down a huge tree in our yard along with all wires, we needed someone immediately, he was there within 20 minutes of our phone call, he was very personable and went above beyond, a huge blessing to our family

Logan installed some overhead lights for me and checked with wiring in my bathroom, added a grounded outlet and humidity fan dimmer. He was on time, communicative, and knowledgeable. I would use him again for electrical work.
