Linda came to me with a big smile and a great personality. She did a great job of cleaning. When she left everything was clean and she did a better job than any one else I've used before. They're prices are lower than all the other companies I called. Thank you Merry Maids!!

Looking for a job well done, on time and at an astonishing fair rate? Look no further. I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and order. The two ladies I encountered, Amber (who met with me to go over what I wanted done) and Freddie (who performed the tasks) couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more efficient. They know what they're doing and made me feel confident that I'd chosen the right company. Fantastic, top-notch service at an astonishing low rate. What more could anyone want?

We were not happy with our recent experience with merry maids. We paid more than $700 for a deep clean and the only good that came of it was the floor was swept and vacuumed and the dusting was done. We pulled our couches out and there was still spots unswepted. The baseboards were still dirty, the shower and toilets weren’t all the way cleaned, kitchen counter still had crumbs and dust on it. When we called out and complained, they sent another person out to finish the job. After the second cleaning, the toilet still wasn’t finished and the shower “was too hard to clean”. I sprayed some Clorox spray on it and it cleaned it practically cleaned itself. My base boards are still dirty and it didn’t take but magic eraser to wipe it. We paid extra for the oven to be cleaned, and I had to do that myself after they left cause it didn’t get done. Then they suggested we have someone come out and clean again before we move. The job they did was not worth more than $100.
Would not suggest this company.

I can’t say enough Amazing things about My Merry Maids service. Merry Maids (Ms.Linda) has serviced my apartment for months... and after every service I am pleased and happier when I arrive home after a typically long work day. A lot of people don’t understand why I spend the money I do on this service. But, it’s worth every dollar... being able to work 40+ hours and come home to a deep cleaned home - is a feeling of relief unexplainable! Thank You! Thank You! I look forward to each visit like a kid on Christmas morning! Ms. Linda is Phenomenal!

I love the service that I receive from Freddie. I have had several that have come to clean for different times for one reason or another but I always change my schedule back for Freddie. She does an awesome job and I would recommend her for anyone . Thank you Freddie for being the person you are.......

They told me they would call two days before the clean to get details and confirm. They failed to make that call and didn’t confirm the appointment. I called the day before and was assured that the cleaning was confirmed and they would arrive within a certain time window. Hours before, they cancelled; by sending me a text. They offered to reschedule the next week with a discount for the inconvenience. In short, they didn’t keep any of the promises they made and proved to be completely unreliable. I can’t speak to their actual cleaning ability, but I can warn you to not make plans around them showing up.

I’ve used Merry Maids in Mid Town Memphis since the fall of 2015. I don’t usually post endorsements, but their service for all this time, more than 40 months, has been excellent. Without fail they have been timely, fast and thorough. I gladly recommend them. A few different teams have cleaned my place, and I want to recognize April for her great work.

Angela and Angel came out to do a deep cleaning before we move out of our home. My only regret is not treating myself to the service sooner!

Truly, the house is absolutely sparkling - I almost wish I could stay!! They were so fun and kind - we had to wait around in a nearly vacant house for several other move out necessities but they never made us feel underfoot or in their way and kept us company during an otherwise boring day.

You ask for feedback but I wonder if you really want to better you business.
My cleaning was done on 1-8-20. I am today, 1-13-20, getting a request for feedback.
When I filled out my paper work I requested AM cleaning. On Wednesday, 1-8-20, I called before anyone came to do the work; it was almost noon.
I expect it to take longer than 1 1/2 hours for my home to be cleaned in a professional manner by one (1) person.
I have a 12 month contract with your business and I don’t like what I’ve encountered in the first few visits.
If the quality of you service does not improve you can rest assured my contract will NOT exceed the 12 months, nor will I recommend MERRY MAIDS to anyone!!!

Angela and Angel came to do a deep cleaning yesterday and did a wonderful job. I told them I could hug them. I have five kids, so getting it really clean and keeping it that way feels impossible. But they really got it clean. Bathrooms- floors, toilets, tubs, tile, counters, mirrors- everything was spotless. They got behind things and under things I don’t even think about... until they’re clean! The floors and kitchen- top of the fridge and photo frames—- all spotless. They went above and beyond- especially with my kids’ rooms. Thank you Merry Maids for making our home a better place to live!

I started a monthly cleaning service with them back in April. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning. The first 2 ladies that came did not deep clean at all, in fact they left cleaning solution in my oven, no window seals or dusting was done properly and they had to send someone back out to complete the oven and a couple of other things that they didn’t as well. The 2nd standard cleaning 2 new ladies came and still didn’t completely clean 2 bathrooms and didn’t mop any floors. So after spending close to $500 with Merry Maids, I am done. Now they did discount my payments by only $30 but I still feel cheated and unimportant to them. I would not suggest them if you really want the job done the right way. Their staff just doesn’t care or value your money spent. DO NOT BOOK!

I’ve had Merry Maids for the last 4-5 months. I think the prices are very expensive for what you get. I put up cameras in my apartment. During the last three visits, they were only in my apartment to clean 30-45 minutes. Most of those visits only had one maid. As far as the cleaning, they miss a lot of things. For example, they missed spots on my mirrors, didn’t vacuum under tables, bathtub was not cleaned enough. Most maids will commit to being there for a certain period of time, Merry Maids does not. My last visit was $140 and one maid was there for 40 minutes. That’s not a good value! I’m thinking about cancelling my service.

My cleaners always come early and are done so quickly, yet the job they do is thorough and leaves me wishing they could come every week instead of biweekly! I always look forward to their arrival. They are friendly, non-intrusive and respectful and I just love them and the job they do. There's nothing like those first few moments after I lock the door behind them when I walk through my apartment and enjoy it being CLEAN!

Today’s team Ashley & Erica were AWESOME!! Today they did extra detailed cleaning throughout the house so it is holiday ready!!

This company deserves a less than 1 star rating. Don’t use them, they are dishonest & will steal from you. There is no way for you to speak to anyone to resolve the issues. Check the business license in your state as well, in my state, they don’t have a business license that is current.
Laura Severance is the office manager who also cleans houses. She is a liar. She lied to me about: who owned the business, how much they would charge me for my cleanings, as well as the process they use to clean your house & make sure there is some form of follow through. She had my credit card on file, which is not customary, they were supposed to send me an invoice after every cleaning. Instead she took it upon herself to charge my credit card & she charged it for way more than she quoted me it would cost.
They left my front door unlocked, the lights on & one of their cleaners was smoking in my house. The door was opened & lights on for over a week.
I’ve been having a hard time getting any response from the owner who is an out of state resident. Corporate is hard to reach as well. They only have an answering service & the ability for you to leave a voice message. Don’t use merry maids, they will lie to you & steal from you.

Each office is a franchise & is independently owned & operated, the one in my state doesn’t even have a current business license.

I have been using Merry Maids for a few months now and my wife and I are thrilled with the house cleaning services provided. They are professional, very friendly and always arrive in a timely manner. I love the fact that I get a text reminder letting me know they are on the way. I have no hesitation recommending Merry Maids to anyone!

I loved my cleaning team and would definitely schedule again. It’s super easy to schedule. The team took care of everything like it was their own home.

I wouldn't recommend their services as my experience couldn't be worse.. Charged me >300 bucks for one time cleaning.. Their 2-member team hardly cleaned my house for not more than 30 min and the quality of cleaning was so poor.. I sent them the photos of after cleaning and they agreed to send someone who hasn't showed up.. I'd prefer to clean it myself than throwing my hard earned money to some poor quality service provider..

I have used Merry Maids to clean for me since 2011 or before. I added cleaning for my mom and dad’s house until they passed away. I have been very pleased with Freddie White for all the years. She does a fantastic and thorough job. I appreciate everything she does. We have always been satisfied with her services. My dog Charlie loves her, and he is safe in the house while she cleans.

They scheduled promptly even though we gave them little notice, were ahead of time arriving, finished the job quickly and it looked really nice. We are a family of 6 with 4 children and had lived in our apartment for 4 years. There was a lot to do in there. Katrina was wonderful and even went the extra mile to try and get what she could of crayon and scuffs off the walls even though the paint in our apartment was cheap and horrible. I will absolutely use again and will recommend them to others!

Overall they did an amazing job! I had just bought a new home that was disgusting and needed a good deep clean before I moved any of my belongings in. They were able to come within a few days and spent the better part of the day hard at work. They got the bathrooms white again and relieved me of days of work which made me very happy. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they missed a few deep cabinets in the kitchen that were full of mouse poop. Would recommend.
