Tommy came out and gave us a water damage inspection and quote. He was thorough and courteous, despite having to deal with rain and ice. Definitely recommend.

We received excellent service from start to finish. Our Chimney was in pretty bad shape and they worked hard to get the repair done in 1 day despite the heat. Alex and his partner were great to work with and his communication was above and beyond. He even came back by to help us get the pilot light lit after we accidentally turned it off. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the Coopertown staff for taking excellent care of us!

From the first phone call to the end of the repairs my service was great. Tommy was very clear about what was needed and took questions without rushing me, and Josh not only did a great job doing the repairs but talked to me along the way as he worked and in good detail informed me how to properly care for the chimney from this point forward. Awesome service, came in did what was needed . Laid canvas blankets down that had been washed & dried, from the front door to their work area. Couldn't tell they had even been there. I will always and only use Coopertown Fireplace & Wildlife for my yearly chimney sweeping and any other problems I might have with my fireplace or chimney. They are the only people I trust with removing black powder buildup that will burn down my house if not removed. Thanks Jason

Coopertown was great. We worked with Christopher and Jason who helped with a leaking chimney, which we had tried to repair and seal ourselves. Christopher did the inspection, took lots of photos, and walked us through the trouble areas. He answered our questions and was easy to chat with. He even told us what materials to buy and what to do if we wanted to do the repairs ourselves (hehe, we had tried that already so we let Coopertown handle it).

Jason was the technician on repair day and called and texted to let me know what to expect. He even cleaned the gutters, removed an old antenna, and recovered a well-seasoned Mjolnir stuck on the roof. His work was clean, with no messes left behind. We also got a nice Coopertown Yeti tumbler. (Just a little treat to help the customer feel valued.)

That's probably the best summary of Coopertown: doing a little extra to make sure the customer feels valued.

Alex and his partner were exceptional in their efficiency and professionalism. They worked hard for several hours in the rain before coming inside to perform maintenance on the fireplace and to disinfect the attic. They were very friendly, very thorough, and very careful to make sure everything was clean before they left. I highly recommend their services.

We could not be more Pleased! 5 star is not enough—10 would be best on a scale of 1 to 5! Yes! That good. We had roof rats and needed them gone! Josh and Sims were detailed looking for entry points all around the roof. They explained what they did and what to expect. I cannot praise them enough! At first I was shocked at the price but after checking they were more than inline if not somewhat less. A BBB of A+ and positive feedback from friends helped!
