These guys are great! Tommy Pouncey came to our house for chimney inspection and then later for gas log installation. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Great service all around including the people you talk to on the phone to schedule. Will use them in the future for any chimney/fireplace related service.

Great team of workers, told me what all was wrong with my fireplace and fixed it. They did a great job. Shout out to Michael, Alex, Simms and Tommy. They needed to have washed off my patio better and not left chunks of cement in the grass and have some vacuum/ air purifier going while demoing. They were protective of my new hardwood floors which I appreciate also.

Excellent service! The crew calls when they are on the way, so there is no wondering when they will arrive. Tommy was very dedicated to this all day job. Coverings were used over all the furniture and floor before working. We are very pleased with the job done. I will definitely be recommending Coopertown Fireplace!

Called for a small chimney repair and Alex was not just pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, but went the extra mile by checking out a rodent problem that had quickly developed in a home I just purchased. He was never pushy, in a hurry, nor gave the typical sales pitch sense when offering service.

Then, on CHRISTMAS EVE, another wonderful young man named Sims, came and stayed the entire day to deal with our roof rats and pest control issues. He was also kind, informative, helpful….and I couldn’t be more thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday. Thank you Coopertown!!!!!!

Staff and technicians were polite and friendly. Technicians were knowledgeable and always timely. We had indoor and outdoor repairs done. The fellow who cleaned and repaired our chimneys worked all day and into the evening until he was finished. Inside we had very old logs in fireplaces that had been converted to gas and needed refurbishing. The work was great and now we have remote control starters. Yay!! Everyone was neat and cleaned up well.

I called Coopertown because of squirrels in my attic. They came out to assess very quickly, and started a whole house seal up within 2 days. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Kenny did the inspection and was very knowledgeable. Alex and Jake did the Seal Up and were awesome! They even worked in the rain. Can’t forget Kate in the office, she was so nice and patient with my questions.

Coopertown and Alex who revitalized the fireplace in my Midtown bungalow did an amazing job from stepping me through the state of my fireplace and chimney to scheduling and communication about when the work was taking place they did it all. On the day of their arrival they call to confirm and let you know they are 20 minutes away. They are extremely neat and careful while coming in and out. Can not wait to have my

Coppertown is a wonderful company. They truly care about their customers. Alex called and walked me through troubleshooting my fireplace even though the office is closed for the snow. I have been using Coopertown services for 6 years now and they been excellent to work with. They repaired and restored the chimney in my home built in 1912 which had significant water damage. They created a beautiful fireplace. They service the fireplace annually and their work is exceptional.

Quotes are high because they are hoping to get insurance to kick in. Plus sent a guy years ago to my house, and I’m pretty sure he was high. No thanks — many others I’d use before this company — totally my experience!
