Don’t let them clean your dryer vent. It cost us $500.00 to get our vent fan replaced and they insisted they were not responsible for the damage even though it was working properly prior to them cleaning the vent. Not a happy customer at all.

I had an excellent experience today with Jonathan & his team. They came out to resurface the rusted chase cover top on my chimney with flash seal to prevent further rusting, deteriorating, and future water entry. Jonathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough job and provided detail/photos of the completed job. I found them to be reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend Abbey Road for your fireplace needs!

We recently moved to a new home with a fire place. We had Abbey Road come do an inspection of the chimney. They did a thorough inspection and gave us some options because our chimney was not viable. We opted for unvented gas logs and have been super happy with them!
Timothy’s crew came on time, were professional, and left no mess behind. They came back to install a heat shield as well.
The gas logs are so easy to click on and off with the remote, provide some warmth, and nice ambience to our den. They were great to have during the extremely cold, snowy days we’ve had this January. I highly recommend Abbey Road Chimney Sweep!

Abbey Road was very timely and thorough with their service. My dryer vent arrangement is a little complicated but they made it look easy to clean and ensured everything is in good shape moving forward. Very reasonable pricing as well. Also in and out within a hour. Will definitely be using them again!

About a month ago, I hired them to clean out my mom's dryer vent in her new home. The crew they sent were very professional and polite. They had to hunt down the dryer vent pipes since it went up and through the walls. They finally found it and were extremely thorough. Great price to boot!

When it came time to convert my own fireplace back from gas logs to wood burning, I got multiple quotes. Abbey Road was extremely reasonable! Also, unlike others, they weren't several weeks out, and when they were scheduled, they arrived on time. The crew they sent for the inspection were the same that did my mom's. They were just as professional and thorough. Again, unlike other companies, they didn't try to "scare" me into more services or pressure me into booking that day.

So, I hired them to do my conversion. I scheduled for the next available day, which was 2 weeks out. Unfortunately, they didn't know it was already fully booked. So Doug Ault, the owner, called me and got me squeezed in a week early!

The day of the work, once again, they were professional and very thorough. And when it comes to chimney work you want the crew to be clean! They laid down tarps from my front door to the chimney. Not once did their shoes or clothes touch my floors! My wife was amazed how spotless it was when they left.

We would definitely hire them again!
