We bought a house in Olive Branch knowing nothing about it, except it had 3 non-working fireplaces. Our realtor referred us to Abbey Road- I am so glad she did!!! Michael came out, and he’s not only professional and extremely knowledgeable- but he’s a very interesting person. He took care of all 3 fireplaces- then showed us exactly how they work (one has a thermostat which was beyond me), and I don’t know how he did it, but he got the glass looking amazing. I called and left a message for a chimney inspection for a gas fireplace that I've never used hours prior to inclement weather coming in. While all chimney inspectors are completely booked, Jonathan called me back, and over the phone talked me through some details of my fireplace and upon ending the call I know I am able to use my fireplace if I loose power in the storm. Just great business to return my call and give me 5 minutes of time when I know they are slammed and everyone is preparing for the weather.

Recently purchased our home, and one of the inspection findings was some deterioration in the mortar on the upper chimney. Abbey Road was recommended by the previous owner. They were able to come out within one day of me calling to schedule. Esteban and Chris did a great job, clearly explained the issues they found and the work they did. They were even able to recommend a mason for some other work I need dome elsewhere around our home. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.

He performed a very thorough cleaning and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also pointed out some future repairs I might need without any high-pressure sales tactics. Abbey Chimney Sweeps saved my day! I purchased a home with 3 non working fire places. Two were gas and one was a gas assisted log burning. I got a knowledgeable person on the phone and an accurate estimate to start. The technician arrived on time and I had received a text prior with a picture and a short bio. It was like I knew who was coming. Two were up and running and one needed a part ordered. Then a drone was flown over the home to get a bird’s eye view of the chimneys. That was a lifesaver. One of the approximately 15-year-old chimneys had deterioration around the top cover and water penetration was imminent. He offered several solutions and I went with applying an elastomeric selectant crown down to the drip ledge to prevent water entry. This brought a real piece of mind. All pricing was very reasonable; the final work came in under quote and all three fireplaces are running great. A true sign of quality work, in my opinion is how they take time to answer questions, explain how everything operates and are clean on the jobsite. They offer annual inspections and I highly recommend them!!

Alex with Abbey Road was truly a pleasure. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated that they got back to me in a timely manner to schedule my appointment. They followed up with text reminders and even sent me a picture of Alex so I knew who to expect along with some fun facts about him. Something no one else has ever done. It was definitely a great experience. And the best part was it only cost $150 for the service call. The previous company that came out told us that we needed $2k in repairs. Our chimney was fine, no issues and even the items that I questioned, he said there was no problems and wouldn't cause any damage. So glad we got that second opinion!

We recently had our gas fireplace cleaned, serviced, and repaired, and we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work and professionalism provided. From the moment Mr. Landon arrived, it was clear we were dealing with a true expert.

He arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of our home, and explained everything clearly during the process. The cleaning was incredibly thorough, every component was inspected and meticulously taken care of, including the glass, burners, and logs. He also performed a full safety check to ensure there were no gas leaks and that the unit was running at peak efficiency. He also inspected the exterior and found an issue with small mud wasp at entrance of termination.

During the inspection, he identified an issue with the pilot which was addressed and resolved. He had the needed repair resources on hand and completed the repair right away, saving us from potential problems down the line.

Now, the fireplace looks brand new and works perfectly, no joke! The flame is stronger and more consistent, and we feel much safer knowing everything was serviced properly. W

Repairs are needed and he went through his findings with pictures and recommendations to get the system ready for use this season. Our first chimney inspection/cleaning felt scare tactic and expensive so we asked around and called Dirty Deeds. They inspected and estimated significantly less than the prior company. We are burning fires without the excessive smoke we were having, no less a hazard, and super pleased with the work done. Super thankful for the finished product

I can't rate their work but they have a driver who is very aggressive and dangerous. He was driving way over the speed limit and honked at a car in front of him while waiting to turn right when the light was red. If you're going to drive crazy, don't put your name and phone number on your truck.

I don’t just hire companies. I do research on quoted prices, read reviews and meet with employers or employees. This company showed how dishonest other companies were by overcharging and overstating problems. Although work was done at the top of the chimney, I was shown photos, before and after and shown how I had been over quoted by other companies as much as 3 times the true cost. Dirty little chimney sweep is my new chimney sweep for multiple properties.
