Larry did a fantastic job at my house replacing two compressors that had failed. His prices were very fair and he completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done on their HVAC.

I had a certified hvac tech come out and misdiagnosed my 5 ton unit. In doing so he damaged my compressor which in turn caused a very expensive repair.. I had to get a new unit which if you own a home you know it is not a cheap replacement. I ended up having to get a new 5 ton unit for my home . Mr Larry is the best i’ve had several come and work on AC I called him early morning he gave me a time he was here on time fix the unit runs great lots of cold air at a very reasonably low price compared to others I will always call Mr. Larry

I called Mr. Larry to give me a second opinion for 2 issues that were recommended during yearly maintenance from another company. Both repairs the other company said were needed were unnecessary because Mr Larry found there was absolutely nothing wrong with my upstairs furnace. Mr. Larry saved me $700 in unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be calling Mr. Larry again for all my hvac needs.

It's never a good time for your for the ac to go out, especially in 90+ degree weather AND when you have out of town guests. I called Larry's and was told he wasn't able to get to me until the following week. But thankfully he called and said he could fit me in. He did, got me up and running in no time. He also gave me tips on keeping the units performing well.

Larrys’s AC and Heating is top tier! He answered my call late in the afternoon, and serviced me the very next day. Not only did he provide the second opinion I asked for after another company gave up, he delivered on the service!

On Saturday, August 9th, my house was feeling a little warm. It was either wait on the Home Warranty company until Monday or call someone out. I took a leap of Faith and called Mr. Larry. He was at my house and fixed my unit in less than two hours. He broke down the problem and the charges. Fast, high guality, and affordable work is what you will get from Mr. Larry. He is now on my speed dial!

Highly recommend! Larry called me back within 10-20 minutes after hours and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day! Which i was grateful for because i was stressed and hot! He was timely and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He listened to my concerns, told me pricing, checked my system out, and did a thorough cleaning. It was back up and running at its usual strength in no time and on top of it all he is such a delightful and honest person!!!

Larry is a true professional. He knows his stuff. No apprentice showing up with a fancy tablet, upsells, nonsense. Larry showed up with tools, worked hard, and fixed the unit. I’d give 6/5 stars if I could.

11/2025 Update

Had Larry out to fix an igniter in my furnace. He showed up within hours, part in hand, we had a nice conversation, and then he had the part swapped and was done. Absolute professional, will continue to call Larry for my HVAC needs!

Mr. Larry is the call to make!!! My wife and I were having issues with our a/c unit that caused our thermostat to not function properly being set at 70 house reading 80. With 3 little ones and two nights of uncomfortable sleep I reached out to Mr. Larry and immediately was scheduled the next day after my call. He was extremely punctual in his arrival, very hospitable and kind, and chased down what was a bad connection at the outdoor unit itself after meticulously checking every point of the system. He also serviced the unit for the season change and all at a very affordable cost. We won’t be looking to make any calls anywhere else for further A/C & Heating work!!! Thank you Mr. Larry!!!

Positive experience! Worked with Mister Greenway multiple times in the last year - Mondo, Dominic, Chris, 2 others that, to my discredit, I do not recall their names (so very helpful) with plumbing. Josh, Jacob, and Bill with heat/ac. Cannot say enough good things about all of these people and the service they provided. Will definitely use Mister Greenway again and refer them.

Personable and extremely qualified. Want him as our service tech if possible.

Faulty work, vent fell down hit me in the top of my head. Charged me for room that no vent system could be installed, drilled unnecessary holes and never returned to complete repairs. I would never recommend this company to anyone nor use them for anything. I got a new cut in a/c and heat installation. I'm exploring all legal action to hold them accountable.

Purchased a new HVAC system from this company. They scheduled next day installation. Installation team came early, got to work right away, were very respectful of property, and did an excellent job and removing my old system and installing the new one. A huge shout out to DeMarcio, Kordae, Tyler, and Zion for making that day a positive experience.
