Southmark is great! These guys are the most honest company I've ever dealt with. When another local company tried to scam me into buying a new $3,000 unit, Southmark fixed it with a $7 part. And then kept the units running for 28 years! That's how long I've trusted them with all our HVAC needs. You won't be sorry you used them!

Mike was very knowledgeable and only fixed what needed to be fixed. He didn’t try to up-charge or add on any services. He is honest and trustworthy. I recommend giving him a call the next time you have AC or heat issues.

Mr Moerman and his son was very professional. They repaired the problem with my heating system and checked my AC as well before leaving. I highly recommend them to everyone needing repairs with their HVAC system.

Mr Moerman and his son both came out to troubleshoot my broken air conditioner on a Sunday. He responded almost immediately to my call and was here just a couple of hours later.
He was able to find and repair the problem in less than 10 minutes.

This company right here is absolutely astonishing, not only did he get my heat and air running, but he also took the time to make sure everything was in place and there was no leaks on my gas lines. He took even more time and made sure everything was correct. By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with hands-down. I would recommend this company for anybody!!!

Extremely unprofessional and take advantage of females, do not use and cannot recommend strongly enough that you get true professionals that don't try to scam you. Avoid!

They finished the task efficiently and neatly.

Very unprofessional. They text you one thing, but then the techs will tell you another. They were 30 minutes late and I had to cancel/reschedule. They chose a new time, then text me to tell me they weren’t coming. Then text again at MIDNIGHT saying they were actually coming. The communication is horrible and the timing is inappropriate for any “professional” business.

Came to my house after messaging me multiple time updates on my cell phone. But when he got here he did not try to call or text me. Instead he rang my door bell (which does not work). Then he left. I have 4 children, one is only 3 months old. It is freezing and he said he can't turn around because he is in a rush.

I have used Grieme heating and air on a couple occasions and would highly recommend their services to anyone. very courteous and professional service and reasonable prices, along with timely efficiency.

Call these guys before you go replace your full system. I have a unit that is about 12 years old. It went out in the middle of summer and one of the local 'Big Guys' came out and said almost everything need to be replaced. Fortunately, I was given Grieme and called for a second opinion. They showed up promptly the next day, looked at my system for about 90 seconds, replaced a single part and it works fine. A+
