We had a new dual fuel Heat Pump/Ac unit installed. There were issues with the wiring for the thermostat. (Not a fault of Tim Ferguson, but from the wiring from the old unit.) The techs showed up when they said they would and worked until the issue was fixed. Roger, Jason and Hayden were very professional, and super nice.

The best thing about service today was Jason V. the tech. He always does a great job and explains everything so I can understand. He doesn’t rush and is very thorough. Hope he is appreciated as he is a great representative of Tim Ferguson.

TJ was knowledgeable and explained the steps he was taking to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue as he worked. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and was friendly.

Roger was great through the process of upgrading both our HVAC and hot water heater. They installed everything in a single day with no issues and walked us through the entire process step by step. I would recommend Tim Ferguson to anyone looking HVAC or plumbing services.

I want to take a moment to thank Tim Ferguson for bringing Roger back out to my home. I especially appreciate Kelly, the manager of Tim Ferguson, for making sure Roger returned to check my AC unit. After a previous visit from someone else left me feeling uncertain, Roger came out and explained everything to me in detail. His professionalism and clear communication made a big difference, and now I feel much more confident about the information I received. Roger Lemons, and technical Hayden came out today August 13th, 2025. A/C unit was giving fan fault code and had stopped working. They came out and found issue with circuit board. They found part immediately and had delivered nearby by another tech. They came back replaced and repaired unit same day. Up and running guys, my wife and I thank you both. Cudos to new tech Hayden, very professional.

I had my furnace, fire detectors and fireplace inspected for winter use. Jason was my service technician. Jason was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He gave sound recommend and wasn't pushy on in-house products. I am pleased with my total experience with this winterization inspection service call. I am confident my family will be warm throughout the cold winter season.

Asked them to come out for a second opinion on some work. Jason Valle came out and worked through several options and was patient through the process. I really appreciate the help and the advice

We had a bathroom faucet that needed repair and a new kitchen faucet that needed to be installed. I really appreciated receiving a quote prior to the start of the work. Reggie (the plumber) is fantastic! He was personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

The technician that came out was nice and friendly and very knowledgeable……..but after he left, the rest of our sockets were not working and we were not sure if that was what was supposed to happen or did something happen? I called twice today and they are sending someone else back out to check to see what possibly happened. But they appear to be a good company to work with though.

TJ was absolutely great!!! He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very professional and personable. This work was done in extremely cold temps. He was very helpful and cheerful as well as doing a great job. He is a real plus to your company!

Our pipes were busted and water leaking from the attic to the floors below. It's a private condo complex, so MLGW would not come out to locate water shut off. The plumber ( sorry I didn't get his name ) went through a lot of physical hard work and aggravation to get the job done. He advised me of my options and future options for other problems that were present. He also got to our house in a timely manner. I was so thankful when he pulled up. Thank you

Had a shorted/bad breaker go out among this winter storm. The tim ferguson team was quick to schedule me a day after i called and Mr Roger Lemons came out in the harsh road conditions and took care of us diligently. We cant thank him enough for his services.

Roger was quick, prompt, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue with our HVAC and pointed us in the right direction to get it resolved. No sugar coating and straight to the point. 10/10 would recommend!

Reggie, Jason & Hayden were very professional & did a great job on hooking up my new control valve in my furnace and I'm very appreciative after a week of canceling my home warranty, Tim Ferguson came just in time, happy to be a new member!

The TJ did an excellent job of fixing my toilet. He diagnosed the toilet and fixed it quickly. He also reinstalled the toilet properly which is something the installer didn't do. I will always use a professional plumber from now on.

Jason was able to get our heat working on a Friday night when he could have been at home with his own family staying warm. He was friendly and very informative. Even changed our air filter. Shout out to him!

Several days ago I had Tim Ferguson replace my heating system. Woke up today freezing. I have propane and they had installed electric. So after a few days it stopped working.
Tim Ferguson was here almost immediately after I called. They could have replaced a part so it would work. The Hvac man called the boss and he said, "replace it with a new unit already setup for propane". The guys today were awesome! The supervisor was constantly keeping me informed and now 6 or so hours later, I have heat! I love Tim Ferguson! Ive used their plumbing side too! They are definitely a customer first company!!
