Left a message. Grieme returned call. We had a minor schedule conflict because we thought he would come after church, but the technician understood and conflict was solved quickly. When he arrived, he solved the problem and we were in a cool house in a matter of hours. Easy to work with, efficient, and is open on weekends.

Did not fix leak for a second time. AC unit froze up again. Overcharged.i paid $400 last summer and $283 this year. Had requested to fix leak and it was not fixed. Now have another AC repairman. New cost is over $1,000. Thanks nothing Mr. Grieme !!

Kenny and his team of heat and AC guys are the BEST!! I’ve been using them for years and they have on multiple occasions been lightning fast in response to my AC needs!! They also have a text update system telling me “when” they plan to be there AND THEN “when” they are actually on the way to my house-I love this feature! So many companies today give you big windows of time for when they may arrive and we often sit waiting for hours- not with Kenny Grieme and his guys!!

Had them out Again for a leak under my house and TJ & Charles came out on the same day again and were able to alleviate the problem within couple hours of time. They took time to explain everything and their price was great BOTH TIMES. highly recommend Tim Ferguson.

Reggie and Harris did a great job explaining the inspection on the plumbing in my elderly home. They had pictures and reasonable estimates of the repairs. They were so professional. Tim Ferguson has great employees !

Roger was awesome. Our Thermostat was stuck on 90. He came right out on Sunday afternoon and replaced the thermostat.

Was able to come earlier than scheduled. Went right to work locating the gas leak. Upgraded to a new hot water heater. Very efficient. Would definitely call on again!!

Roger was really helpful in explaining the system as well as clearly laying out my options for repair. I really appreciate that! He also IMMEDIATELY called the vendor about a warranty which was available to me. This saved me a lot of money. Thank you Roger!

Just wanted to add an update after the repairs this morning. Roger is extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He speaks very highly of the company he represents. He quickly repaired our A/C and was really helpful with any questions I had. He didn’t seem bothered at all with my lack of knowledge. He also gave me information on the service plan and walked me through what the plan covers. I can’t thank Roger enough - kinda rare to find technicians that talk straight. Because of Roger, Tim Ferguson Plumbing and Air are now our go-to for A/C repairs, service, and new systems. Thanks again Roger - It is REALLY appreciated.

Jason came to our home on a Friday evening to check out our heating system. He was here for at least an hour and a half. He answered questions, was polite and got my heat WORKING for me and my babies before the cold weather hits us!!!! Thank you so much for your help.
