As a new homeowner, I needed someone to check out my HVAC system, as the heat suddenly stopped working. Not only were the customer service representatives Rita? and Mikahala genuinely pleasant and wonderful, Roger the field tech came over the same day, called and was on time, and genuinely personable. Roger clearly is an expert, especially with older systems. His recommendations were factual, and not based on upselling services/equipment. Roger got the heat was working in both units, and one unit is especially difficult to access. He deserves an 11 out of 10 for sure! Thank you Roger!!

We called today for an AC that wasn’t blowing any cold air. Roger came right away and got our AC working. He was wonderful and we are excited to use this company in the future!

5 stars from start to finish! Zach came out to inspect the unit before buying our house mid spring - he really took the time to make sure we understood our options and the services offered. So, when I called the other day to get on the schedule, I was glad to find Zach was still there and to assist.
Whoever I spoke to in the front office was also great and very helpful!

We’ve been using Tim Ferguson for a couple months now and they’ve always been wonderful to work with! Jason came by today (on a Sunday) to check out a weird noise from our furnace. He was very kind and respectful, and I really appreciated how he communicated with us regarding timeframe!

Corey, Hayden and Rodger thanks for a 5 star job! After the 3rd AC breakdown this season I knew it was time to replace the HVAC system. The previous companies did the repairs but you had the schedule a Salesman to get an estimate. My experience was they tell you what they are going to sell you sight unseen. I expect you to be able to show me the details and answer my questions. Guess what, Rodger and Hayden did just that and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward.

Corey and Hayden arrived on time for the installation and were professional, respectful and efficient. They explained and addressed issues that needed to be addressed for the installation to be successful and made sure they explained the features of the new unit.

I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to address your HVAC issues.

Charles was an excellent plumber who conducted a thorough inspection with great professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the quality of his work and the care he took in explaining everything clearly. The service was truly outstanding, and we would not hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone seeking dependable, top-tier plumbing service.

I had a plumbing inspection done by TJ and Dalton, and they were excellent. Jason came out and looked at my electrical who was also excellent. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and offered multiple options for both repairs and preventative maintenance. Their professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication made everything easy and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them. Much thanks!

Jason & Zak assisted me with my electrical issue in my house. They were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly and talked through all the questions I had. I would definitely call on them again should an issue arise.

TJ was wonderful. He worked as fast as he could , and then explained everything. He went above and beyond what was needed. The price was very reasonable. And they came the day after , I called and was willing to actually come that night.

Jason was very professional and very knowledgeable when he came out to repair my outlet to the water heater today. He took time to explain to me what needed to be done and did it. We haven't had hot water in several days now, so when I called them, Jason gave me a call and said that he would be right on over. He was here within the hour. I told him that I appreciate him being able to come out and take care of my issue. My family and I are so grateful to him for the great job he did so that we can have Hot water again. Thanks Jason!

So far, so good. Arrived promptly. Polite. Knowledgeable in the field of light fixture replacement issues. Now I need to shop for a new fixture so they can start fresh with new wiring and putting in a new fixture when I find a new one that suits the particular room. I did sign up for a year's service. So this story is not finished yet.

Charles is amazing! As a new homeowner restoring a vintage home, I had so many questions and he took the time to answer knowledgeably and gracefully. He’s exceptional at his trade, and walked me through the process of restoring the plumbing when I had a substantial issue. Although the issue is stressful and concerns pipes being replaced under the floor, I feel confident in his diagnosis after spending 2 days and several hours with me diagnosing the problem. We’ve got a ways to go with fixing the issue, but at least I know what the issue is after trying literally everything to clear the pipes. He’s literally my new bestie helping restore my home to her full glory. Thank you Charles!!

Reggie came out today in the freezing cold to fix a broken hot water line. He was FANTASTIC! When you get exceptional service, great person and your problem solved all at once, you consider that a blessing. People as kind, hardworking and efficient as Reggie are a rare find these days. We are grateful for the service. We are so excited to have hot water. We give Tim Ferguson 10 out of 10 stars and Reggie gets all the praise for this review. We had another excellent experience with Ferguson Plumbing, thanks to Jason and Roger. They installed our furnace along with smoke, fire, and CO₂ detectors, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish.
They called ahead to give us a courteous heads-up, arrived right on time, and completed the work efficiently and with great care. Both were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and they took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and safely.

I had an excellent experience with Tim Ferguson Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they were able to come out the very same day. They arrived right on time, answered all of my questions, and went through several different repair options thoroughly.
