I have my universal license and I just got done installing a new unit in my home. I went up a ton so I needed a new Plentum so I called them with the measurement to get a price. They proceeded to get rude with me and tell me they couldn’t tell me anything because I didn’t have an account with them and I was not in person with my license. You might want to learn the rules and regulations about epa. You don’t have to be licensed by epa to install a piece of sheet metal you have to be licensed to handle and install Freon. I will not do business of any kind with this business if this the way everyone there acts. What ever happened to customer service?

This place shouldn't even be in business, the receiver only gets 2 skids and they make me wait 4 hours to take the shipment that they were already expecting. Talk about a power trip, these guys ARE NOT people persons at all. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that the least we can do.

Very nice and informative, kept me involved in what they were doing. After the install I had a problem with the thermostat wiring and they came back immediately the next day to fix it. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.
