We recently had an emergency with kids and young grandkids arriving Friday evening for the weekend. The air upstairs stopped working Wednesday and I contacted Jonathan Richards and his team that night explaining the situation and hoping for a quick appointment. Even though it was summer and hot weather, Jonathan texted and said he would take care of it and have a team member out there the next afternoon. As promised, his technician Leo arrived right on time and took care of the issue quickly. All was good on Friday when the kids showed up and the upstairs was cool and comfy. Highly reccommend Richards Heating and Air!!!

Jonathan and his team did an excellent job for us. Johnathan recommended a more cost effective solution than other vendors and was able to install our unit the next day. His installation team was very timely, cleaned up all debris and were very polite. Unit has been running for three days now and we are very pleased. Jonathan personally called me after the installation to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

This review written on 01/12/23 for the service provided the day before. Richard’s came highly recommended by a neighbor. The Tech Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful in letting us know more about how our unit works (bought the house recently). Positive attitude and great work ethic! He even pointed out a potential problem he saw in our attic which was greatly appreciated. Did a great job and cleaned up everything in the work area. THANK YOU Leo! I recently moved back to Memphis, Tennessee area after 15 years away and having previously used Richardson Heat and Air, they were the first company I called. They were there within the hour and worked efficiently and cleanly. My technician was informative and courteous. My bill was descriptive and fair. They are what you want in a service company! Highly recommend

LOVE this company! Very responsive to calls, super friendly, super professional, fair fees, I can’t speak highly enough about every single person I’ve dealt with in this company. Home maintenance has to be my least favorite way to spend money but this quality of service makes it far less traumatic.

Richards Heating and Air replaced my 40 yr old gas furnace.I called 8:30 am and Mr. Richards was here in an hour. After inspection the old unit had cracks in the burners. He had a crew here within a few hours and they installed the gas furnace in just 2 1/2 hours. Special thanks to George and Leo for their professionalism and efficiency.I highly recommend Richards Heating and air, they are courteous and extremely competent.

I called Richards because the AC in our house went out. The gentleman who has been maintaining it (for the previous owners) could not get to us until the next day. The Richards office told me that same thing, that due to the excessive heat they were backed up and they probably couldn't get a crew there until tomorrow. Jonathan Richards was on site in about half an hour and our AC was running again in 45 minutes.

Richard's Heating & Air always does the right thing and does it efficiently. Every time I call, they jump right on it and get things taken care of as soon as they are able to get there.
Whether it's my house, my rentals, or my business location, they truly are the best. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys do excellent work. If you need a commercial HVAC system tested and balanced, a cleanroom, Biosafety Cabinet, aseptic isolator or clean bench certified or just about any lab equipment validated, this is the company to get you taken care of.

I had a horrible experience. I was charged 133 dollars for ten minutes of time on a weekend. In that ten minutes of time I was told the heater needed a new mother board. Was given a rough estimate of 375. My bill ended up being 550 dollars and my air was still not running because the thermostat supposedly needed to be replaced. However, after coming home to wires hanging out of the wall I got the supposedly broken thermostat working after an hour. My wisdom is to use a different company.

Our unit was over 20 years old and unfortunately needed to be replaced. Alliance limped us along for a few days until the new unit could be installed. After the new unit was installed, we now find ourselves being chilly at times. Job well done!
