My appointment was scheduled right away. Chance was great!! He was super punctual and explained probables and options throughly - answered all of my questions.

Matt was very prompt and professional. We will definitely use Nance Services for all of our home maintenance and repairs.

My mom's A/C was not cooling the house. She had just come home from a long stay in the hospital with covid and because of her breathing problems she could not risk being in a hot house. I called and the worked us in as soon as possible. Matt was quick to diagnose the.problem and get it fixed. The house was cooling off before he left.

These guys will price you competitively and they sent out 4 trucks out to install my upstairs and downstairs ac and furnaces in just a short few hours. The upstairs wasnt cooling great so i texted matt and he came back out on a friday night and added more freon and got it working perfect. I highly recommend them

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They arrived almost an hour after their appointment window. Diagnosed my HVAC until and then did not respond following the appointment. After multiple follow up request the told the warranty company I was rude.

I needed help on July 4th. Not only did they answer the phone right away but also had someone at my home within the hour, assessed our needs, offered options and came out and installed the following Monday morning. High level of professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

The service I received was an installation of a new dishwasher. The work done was very professional and the installation was done quickly. Too add, the technician was also very knowledgeable in understanding what had to be done to complete his job efficiently.

Excellent service! Very professional and seamless. I was contacted by Jean from main office to inform me that the technician would be arriving today to complete the work. When Leath arrived on time, he called to let me know that he was onsite, and followed up with a call when he was finished. This is not the first time Nance Mechanical to service my AC unit, and it certainly won’t be the last.

They were extremely prompt. We noticed our water heater not working around 10 pm the night before, and they were already there by 9:00 the next morning (before I even had a chance to take a nice cold morning shower). They addressed it right away to make sure our warranty would cover a new water heater, it was approved within the next half hour and they installed it right away. The job was done by lunch time

Matt from Nance Services came out and checked out our system. Matt was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We did not have them replace our system but the quote was a very reasonable price and definitely competitive.
