Nance came out and replace the water heater in my upstairs. I thought they did a good job. One week later I open the area where they installed it and I can smell gas everywhere. Also, there is already a half inch or more of water standing in the catch pan. That means it is leaking and has a gas leak. Called the company after hours. No emergency numbers and no answering service. Contacted them the next day and they cannot come out for another day. It is not emergent to them. Hope the house don't blow up because of a faulty water heater with a gas leak.

JR and the crew at Nance are great to work with. As a contractor I need a plumbing and HVAC company that is reliable and fair with their prices. Not only are the that, they handle any issue I ask them to help with in a timely manner. Nance Services gets my call every time.

Called Nance Services after getting the runaround from an independent contractor. Nance sent, Matt Hulsey, the next day. Matt, was very knowledgeable and professional. He presented multiple options to resolve my issue. Matt, just finished my installation and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s blowing snowballs in here! My only regret is not calling Nance Services, sooner. Excellent Job!

I'm not sure if this company is still operating, but I have contracts with them to perform routine HVAC tune ups. I've never received consistent service from them. They continue to charge my credit card though. I've been unable to get a hold of them via phone nor email for over a month! Last I spoke to someone they informed me that their account manager had left, but they would schedule the fall tune ups. They never scheduled the tune ups. I emailed them 2 weeks ago requesting cancellation of the contracts and a refund. They can't continue to charge my credit card! This has been a waste of time and now I will need to begin disputing the charges with my credit card company :(
**Update: Disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my refunds and I'm no longer being charged by this company.

The entire experience was pleasant and professional. I called yesterday about our water heater and the technician was sent out this morning. The office called this morning to let me know the technician was dispatched and he was here within 30 minutes and hot water heater working. Honest, timely, and cost effective repair. Chance was very polite and professional. From the office staff that answered the first call to Chance, 5stars! Customer service seems to be lost with many businesses now, but this company is A+.

A.J. with Nance Services was awesome! Very professional and informative. Arrived on time, answered all my questions, very respectful, and did the job in a timely manner. He also assured me if I had any issues that he or they would come back out and fix with no problem. So far so good! I would definitely recommend this company for any A.C. related issue.
