This company is a joke. The lady that answers the phone is absolutely no help and doesn't know anything to be of any kind of help.

Available supply has been a bit challenging this year, especially with the transition of 15 SEER coming next year. But, whenever I call the staff will go out of their way to help find what I need.

Last summer our central a/C went out. They were there the next day with loaner window units and had it fixed the day after. Great customer service

They came in after another company dropped out and did a wonderful job. They were always on time and very professional from the owners to the staff. We are very glad they decided to work with us.

We have utilized Precsion Air several times over the years and have had exceptional service each time. They are fair in price and do a great job! We would highly recommend thier services.

They were all wonderful.I got to know them all quite well as they were here the better part of 2wks. Each was very knowledgable and was great about answering questions.It didn't seem to be a problem to share the space with my two dogs.Yes, it was a bit more expensive but it appears to be worth the price to have such a good service team and good equipment. Even a hit or miss deserves 5 stars. These guys have integrity and are not afraid to admit when they make a mistake. I will always do business with a company that displays this level of leadership and professionalism. You guys saved the day for me again.

I give one star because I can't give zero.My AC was barely working and I called Precision.They said they coils were dirty and quoted a very high price of 1200.00 to clean them.I did it myself and this did not solve the problem so I called them back.This time they said it needed Freon and added 3 pounds which did not fix the problem.The same technician came back and without even inspecting the unit declared that I needed a new AC and new duct with a price of 11,400.00.I called another company who came and fixed the unit for 110.00.Buyer Beware!

Technicians were on time.laid down floor protectors to keep floor area clean. Very easy to work with. Feel comfortable with their expertise and fine reputation.

They replaced an old system with excellence...great workers. New system brought an older house back to livable temperatures. Explained carefully how to keep it functioning well. We will definitely recommend their service and courtesy!

Kathe and her team are amazing! Called last week about a broken AC, and they were out that day. Evan assessed the problem, and quickly had it working again. We will definitely use them for all our future AC and heat needs!
