Very responsive and courteous. They did a great job quickly for not only a furnace replacement but also a pipe leak that happened over the weekend. They take care of you and it doesn’t feel transactional when working with them.

They told me they couldn't fix my air-conditioning. Offered to install a brand new system ($10000?) I told them I'd have to get a 2nd opinion. Am I glad I did! Different company which I won't name because that would be unethical to write here, put in a new thermostat. Total cost $190.00 Air works great.

UPDATE They called me later to explain that I'd gotten the wrong impression. The lady on the phone was one of the owners and I think she genuinely wanted to make sure that I didn't walk away unsatisfied. So, I appreciate that they really do care about customer service, and I was not being sold on an unnecessary new unit. We both agreed that prices and actual options were never discussed with the service technician and so in fairness I'm updating my feedback here and giving them a couple more stars.

It had been a few days since I’d turned off the AC on this October day and when my bride of 33 years suggested it was time to turn on the heat I discovered that the furnace didn’t fire up.
I put in a call to Precision Air and figured it would be at least 48 hours before anyone could show up.
Low and behold I was told they might be able to squeeze me in that day since I mentioned I worked out of the house and would be here most of the day.
Sure enough, I received a call that a technician was on his way. And as usual, he put on the “foot covers” ( Precision Air is very good about this) so not to track dirt into the house.
I explained the sequence of events in an effort to help the technician help isolate the problem.
Armed with that and what I’m sure was his own vast knowledge and experience, he located the issue and had it resolved quickly.
He cleaned up some other items inside the furnace (preventative maintenance) installed some new air filters as mine were nasty and he was wrapped up.
Professional, prompt and courteous service. That’s why I’d recommend Precision Air and have done just that.

Very profession approach to the sale of the service. Quoted two possibilities and I was very happy with my selection. The two installers Dustin and Jason worked hard all day to install insulation under a converting porch to sun room. (Very tight crawl space.) I think they did an excellent job. I even crawled under the porch to inspect. Both men were friendly and helpful to explain what and how they did the installation. Thank you guys for a great job.

I will call Precision again and highly recommend their services.

Precision has been exceptional in supporting a product I bought three years ago. Anytime I've had a problem, they've been there within 48 hours and done everything you could ask to resolve the issue. Their employees are such that you would feel perfectly comfortable leaving your door key under the mat, and going off to work or errands knowing your house is safe and they're doing their job. They cost a little more, but they give you way more in quality and service. I heartily recommend Precision Heating and Air Conditioning for your needs. They're top pros. They know what they're doing and stand 100% behind their work.

I wanted to get my heating unit checked out before the long winter. I was VERY pleased with the service I received today. I have used other companies in the past who were not responsive or professional. Doug came today and checked everything out, and we even did an on site (preventative) repair on an expiring part today. He explained in detail what my options were, and he let me make the decision. He also let me ask a bunch of other questions I was curious about. I appreciated Doug's professionalism and willingness to listen to what I wanted to have done.

Justin, one of their bid estimators, is very knowledgeable and I commend him for his enthusiasm. I did not receive any service from precision heating and air, but i did receive a bid for which I did not accept. Here is the twist. I should have. I didn’t accept because it was a little higher than another company that I believed to be of quality service. Not going to explicitly name the company, but they are said to be widely respected in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. The company turned a three day job into a month long job and it’s still not completed. I’m amazed at their poor performance. The reason I reached out to send a review to precision is because all of my ideas were refined or generated by Justin during his time bidding my job. Hindsight is 20/20, and I am sharing this to promote a company with workers of integrity and individual consideration that won’t leave a customer without electricity for three nights. Justin I hope your boss reads this and shows it to you because you know your stuff. Precision, if I could take it back, I wouldn’t think twice about who I would choose to install my system.

At first Justin seemed nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in my attic for insulation and HVAC. However, after consulting several other professionals in the field I soon realized his price quote was inflated by several thousand dollars. After talking to him on the phone to understand the method he recommended for my attic work, he began to yell at me and say that he's done this his whole life and that he's a mechanical engineer and knows what he's talking about. He then abruptly ended the call and did not call me back as he promised. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism and high prices. However Al Britt Air Conditioning is the company to use. They were professional, courteous, trustworthy, and clean. Their prices were good and their work is excellent.

These guys are totally AWESOME. Communication was the best I've experienced from start to finish. They sent a world-class technician out that quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired it without breaking the bank. I am extremely happy with their level of service. Wish there were more like them.

Got to give them another 5 stars. Called them with another problem a week ago. One of my air handlers was not putting out any heat. They were not able to procure a replacement heat strip in a timely manner, so they rebuilt the bad one with new parts. Many thanks to Kathe and her team. These guys are truly world-class. I hope I don't have to call them again anytime soon, but if I have to they will be there. Thanks again.

Precision Air installed our new unit over a year ago. The install went perfectly and the installers kept our home clean and respected our family life.

We just had the unit serviced for the winter. Doug was easy to work with, explained what he was doing. Everything checked out great. I highly recommend Precision Air Conditioning and Heating.

My wife and I have lived in Bartlett for 21 years. We've partnered with Precision for about 8 years.

Amanda (customer service or office manager) is the BEST!
Every tech we've had has been acutely well trained, kind, courteous and truthful.

We have our annual maintenance contract with them for A/C and heating both. We've used them for replacement install as well.

There may be other good companies out there, but we'll never know. We are TOTALLY satisfied and impressed with their business model and service.

Precision was recommended by a trusted friend and man, they are great. Twice I’ve needed help with my AC system and both times their service was excellent. It is nice to feel confident about my HVAC knowing that whatever might happen, Precision is able to take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price. Doug especially - he is fantastic!

These guys do a really great job. Larry and his Team did an awesome job on my HVAC.

Working with Justin was great. He provided guidance on what would work best for our house and how to proceed with the project. He gave me plenty of breathing room to make my decision--no pushy sales approach.
