Fast response and repair. Wet spot on ceiling was created by lose duct insulation allowing moisture to drip onto the ceiling insulation and thur the ceiling.

I'd put in some insulation and my furnace stopped functioning. Very uncomfortable and getting worse! I put in a call to Metro and they came within an hour, found the problem and fixed. They also installed the unit so I can recommend them for the all a/c and heating needs.

This company is first class. They did a great job with servicing my a/c units. There was some miscommunication and I was about to get upset, Jo (office manager) did a great job diffusing the situation and made customer service her top priority. I am now a loyal (forever) customer of this company.

The company was very quick to come a fix my air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Hvac tech was efficient and timely. Knew our unit and its unique qualities. We did need some tweaking so I recommend getting regular check up service to prevent avoidable larger problems. He was a respectful person. Also, he remembered to come back inside and asked what temp to set the thermostat after testing. Good guy!
