I've been using Metro Air for almost 30 years - they are marvelous - best service employees, reasonable cost, responsive to me schedule and always on time. I count on them! (A new tech this year, Charlie Lopez, was a delightful young man - cheerful, efficient, hope to see him again next spring!)

I have used Metro Air Conditioning and Heating for over 20 years. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, and Courteous. They have installed and repaired equipment at my home. It was always done promptly and correctly.

I called Metro on Saturday afternoon as our AC started dying on Thursday during the hottest week of the year, so far. Kerry scheduled me for the following morning (Fathers Day) without a second thought. We wasn’t 100% sure on what time the technician would come out but gave me an estimate of some time in the morning. We spent the night at my mothers home because of the heat. Kerry communicated through text and calls regarding when the technician Tony could come to my house. 9:30 the next day, Tony was able to come to the house to fix the AC. He didn’t have the exact part he needed, but used what he could to patch it up for the night (and this worked!) he then came back today (Monday) to fix the unit with the correct part. The AC is blowing cold and the thermostat is steadily lowering.

Absolutely appreciate these gentlemen and their expertise. Highly suggest!

Kerry was absolutely great getting Charlie to my house as soon as he finish the job he was on to work on my AC. The system that they use to alert me when he is on his way to my house and using the map showing where he is coming from and how i can follow his location all the way to my house is just awesome. Charlie was wonderful and he got right to work and found the issue right away and fixed it. Nice and cool now. You definitely have me as a customer. Thank you both so much. AR

Extraordinary!!! They saved me $22,000! Conway wanted to replace my 10 YO system with a top of the line heat pump, said mine was beyond repair. So, I got a second opinion……..from Metro. The service man replaced a worn out “permanent, cleanable” filter. It’s been running like a champ ever since. I got a $190 annual service contract and they applied my visit as the first of two in my annual plan. $22,200 quote, you do the math. My AC is like me, old but still alive.

Everybody was as nice as they could be. No “man-speak,” thank you very much. It was the highlight of my week!😆

These guys did a horrible Installation on my unit under a warranty service call. they used my stuff to hold the copper line set up without strapping it, left wires exposed and hanging off a motherboard. Then tried to charge me $150 extra for an adapter they had to purchase and didn't use. They just sat the unit on top and taped it together. What did these guys think I'm an Idiot? They left and said they would come back the next day to complete the job. The manager called me and said I owed them for the adapter "cash". I told him they took the adapter with them. I told him to take it up with the warranty company, and he said "go to hell have someone else finish the Installation" then hung up on me! See how they tried to scam me! I called the warranty company back and they sent a different guy out to finish the job. When you have a warranty you pay for the service call, that is all!!!

We've been using Metro for 12 years now. We've never had a bad or unpleasant experience with them. Today was no exception. Tony S. contacted me this morning to let me know he was in the way, and was here at the scheduled time. Tony, like every other technician I've dealt with from Metro, was very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He had our AC back up and running in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Metro for any AC or Heating service you might need.

The workers were amazing. They did the job very quickly, efficiently and were very friendly and helpful in answering all the questions we had.

I had an excellent experience with Wes Keith at Metro Air Conditioning and Heating. From start to finish, Wes was professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary services.

The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and my HVAC system is now running better than it has in a long time. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and trustworthy, but Wes definitely checks both boxes.
