I got a recommendation from a neighbor. It was a Sunday afternoon, very cold and my heat went out. I called and left a message. Alexis called me back within 10 mins. They came within an hour and got it repaired. Thank you Brent for your professional service. Thank you H.R. Farrell for being available on a weekend.

First and foremost the customer focus is a game changer. HR Ferrell has it right. I call with a desperate need. They are there 8:00 A.M. the next day to rescue me by fixing my evaporator coil and restoring my AC after 6 days (holiday weekend and lack of service from another AC company). The friendly and knowledgeable technicians matter. They are not just doing a job. They are listening to the customer and answering questions. I trust HR Ferrell to only do what needs to be done. They are my HVAC company going forward.

They replaced a capacitor in the compressor. One week later the unit went out. They neglected to clean weeds from the compressor. Upon their return they cleaned the weeds instructing the unit and charged us $150. Compressor should have been cleared when compactor was replaced. No Chsrge for second call.🤬

The guys always do a great job! I trust this company for all our hvac services. Also, If you have ever considered a whole house generator, they installed a natural gas Generac brand generator 4 years ago and now I never worry when storms knock out electrical power. Everything continues to run. Heat or air, tvs, refrigerators, ovens etc. 👍

Dalton Turner and his team are the best. Dalton installed a replacement wine cooling unit for my basement wine cellar. I needed it to reach 55degrees...Dalton saw this project through and honored his commitment to me. It was a process but due to his perseverance the system is in and running smoothly.

They replaced a 16 year old system with a new Carrier system. They are fast & thorough. I called Yesterday, they had a man come out, evaluate the system & were here at 8:15 this morning to replace a burned-out heat exchanger with a new unit at a good price.
