Owner is very knowledgeable and hardworking. Cleaned my air duct system out and my allergies and dust that was always coming back is gone. I was skeptical at first but I definitely choose the right company to do this line of work. He found out my AC unit had a bunch of nasty black and white mold was growing inside and completely removed every speck of it. I feel so much better in my home now. Definitely was worth the money it wasn’t even as expensive as I thought or what other companies prices were.

I’m very pleased with Jeremy our technician. He was very knowledgeable about hvac air duct cleaning explained everything so normal folk like myself could understand the process. His skillset on Mold removal and fixing the problem that was causing black Mold to grow inside our hvac system and on our daughters vents. Very pleased with Elite Air Care in Bartlett Tn they did a fantastic job with our homes HVAC air duct cleaning, found and removed some black, green Molds. The Process didn’t make a mess also the before and after pictures were amazing for a 30 year home full of dog hair, construction debris ect. We’re breathing much better now. Definitely will refer to family and friends. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in over 10years. Give Elite Air Care Memphis a shot they are the best in the business. Worst people I have ever had to deal with the guy had a bad attitude when I open the door and he found out I was black there whole attitude change if you are a African American they will treat you different so please spen your money else where don't deal with these people

would give a 0 star if I could made multiple appointments with them that I had to miss work to be home for them to show up just for them to never show up or call then when I told my landlord who told us to call them they preceed to lie to my landlord saying they did come out and that there is nothing they can do when they never looked at the unit or anything now the inside of my house is hotter than it is outside do not waiste your time with this company

Told em to just show up.called first when I didn't pick up they didn't show.
The loose wire I had .started working when they came ran. two cycles . charge 75 bones and left.didnt trouble shoot.still going in and out . Nice people on the phone though.
