These people don't even deserve a one star! PLEASE BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THIS "BUSINESS". My neighbors' air conditioning went out about 2 and 1/2 months ago "in the middle of summer" Mr. Beatty (owner of Tiger Paws Heating and Air Conditioning) requested a deposit of 14k to replace all of their air conditioning systems. After giving them the money; 14k, they were told it would take 1 max 2 weeks for the systems to be in Memphis. After a month and Mr. Beatty constantly contradicting himself my neighbors demanded their money back, and they still haven't seen it, not even a portion of it!!!! honestly, it is so sad how unscrupulous individuals can take advantage of honest and hard working people. Please take your business elsewhere!!! I know the police and sheriffs took a report of this incident, so hopefully my neighbors can have the money back they both have worked so hard for. Also, this company owes all the supply houses around Memphis money...

I called Tiger Paws to come look at my central air and the company made me an appointment for the next day. After I was given an estimate and accepted it, they came the following day and installed my new unit by 1230p. The service was fast and the staff was professional. (May, 2017)

Tiger Paws installed two HVAC (upstairs and downstairs) systems in last 3 years. Very professional work and ethics.
Recently, discovered leak in one of the systems, they checked and replaced the coil under warranty at a reasonable labor charge (with appropriate discounts).

We have been waiting more than 3 months for an elusive part that needed to come in, after a few months they called and said a part was ready. We have tried to schedule an appointment for Friday, no one called or showed up to my house. When I called the office, the receptionist put me on hold, came back said I need to call my boss and ask what he wants to do. She never called back. The next day I call the office, the receptionist puts me on hold after hearing who I am, she comes back and says I need to call my boss and see what he wants to do and NEVER CALLED BACK. Our thermostat is reaching into the 80s on the hottest days, we have fans running and a small ac unit but the kids and pets are suffering the most. I’m writing this review in hopes someone can reach out and help us reach a solution with this warranty company we paid for.

I had a complete air and heating system replacement by Tiger Paw Heating and Air Company. Their workmanship and professionalism was great, exactly what you want when spending your money. They use the best systems and parts. They worked clean and arrived and finished the job exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend Tiger Paw Heating and Air for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. I will continue to use them to maintain my systems as well.

My air conditioner froze up this past Friday. I called Conway and they said it would be Tuesday before they could come out. Obviously that's unacceptable since it's been 100° for weeks here. So I found Tiger Paws on Google and they were out within an hour. My system was very low on freon. It wouldn't take a charge until it was fully thawed so they made sure to come out a few hours later while I was at work and took care of it and got it working. I couldn't have asked for better service. These guys are great.

Called Tiger Paws on a Sunday afternoon late in the season for poor cooling. Alex came out soon after the call and was very professional. Showed me exactly the issues with data, real time, and got the system running.

On a side note, annual service on your system can keep it running at optimal performance year round. While most people say they will do it, most don’t...forget about it, etc. Suboptimal system perform strains the components and causes you to replace 150 dollar capacitors and other components.

Great service and most importantly, transparency...highly recommend Tiger Paws.

I had a great experience getting my new HVAC system installed with Tiger Paws. The technicians were prompt and courteous and even swept up the debris that fell out of the attic. For the first time in 20 years, I actually have great air flow in my master bedroom and bathroom. They adjusted my vents in the attic and now I'm able to get ready everyday without sweating. I highly recommend this company. The service was top-notch from the point of ordering the unit to final installation.

Tiger Paws is THE BEST! We couldn't get someone from our warranty to come see our issue with the A/C for 3 weeks out! I called Mark in a frenzy with our air not working because we needed to sleep for a HUGE career-changing test we had coming up for my husband. Mark called me that day and they were there within 24 hours to see what was wrong and the AC just needed the filter changed and they did it right then and our air worked again! We were so so so thankful and will refer Tiger Paws to anyone that needs A/C help!!

One of your techs diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger by feeling the seam of a 24 wide carrier gas furnace. Never used a cO3 detector just felt a seam and called it a crack; well guess who's swapping the system out after you fired the customer for getting a second opinion and yet there's no crack to be found. Quit scamming people it's not good for your business model.

We own a small business that used CMS for 4 years for our quarterly maintenance. We had no issues until recently. When we asked for an alternative route for scheduling/payment (they do not take credit card or auto payment, checks only at the exact time of service) I became frustrated that we wanted alternative options. The owner/manager did not want to discuss options or work with a long term client. She was quick to dismiss us as too difficult since schedule by postcard and check at time of service was all they would offer.

Our studio manager had to address the cigarette smoke twice with their maintenance crew. They would smoke while servicing on the roof and the cigarette smell would filter into our system.

They were very quick and very professional, highly recommend

Omar replaced 3 complete HVAC at a couple of different houses I own. They arrive when they said they would, cleaned up scrap, ever friendly, completed project in a timely manner & was very competitive in pricing
