Thank you, Conway Services! A pipe broke inside my wall, flooding my back bedroom. Conway Service rushed out to my home and fixed it without overcharging me. Tech Matthew L. was professional and did an excellent job.

My house is only a few years old, but the upstairs never cooled effectively. Conway measured the upstairs and used some software to calculate a proper HVAC size and mine was significantly too small. Although I did not want to replace a newer system, I trusted them and wow what a difference. They also added additional returns and now I can keep the upstairs at any temperature I want. Success!

The technician that came out to diagnose my water heater issue seemed eager to sell and convince me of extra issues. My water heater was overheating and the safety shut off would keep engaging, so I had Conway services send a tech out to look at it. The tech told me that not only was my water heater busted, but that there was also an issue with the fuse box the water heater was connected to, and that he wasn’t getting any charge from it. This didn’t make sense to me as I’d had scalding hot water just earlier that morning. I investigated later that night in my HVAC room and found the connector key to my fuse box on the ground which is why there was no longer any charge getting to the water heater. The cover was back on the fuse box, meaning the connector couldn’t have just fallen out. Either their techs are incompetent, or just dishonest. Either way, I do NOT recommend Conway Services for any in-home appliance needs.

Matt did an excellent job in fixing out kitchen plumbing issue. He is knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. I will ask for Matt every time I need your services!

I recently had issues with my old HVAC system in my home. I contacted Conway Services for an estimate to replace. I was highly satisfied with professional service I received. Brandon Hill and Aaron Gray performed the install with a high degree of professional skill. A quality assurance visit during the install was conducted by Jessica. I highly recommend Conway Services for your HVAC needs. This my second system installed and have always received great service and value for my money.

So many problems with this company. Multiple no call no show appointments. And to top it off I spent a small fortune on a new Carrier furnace just to discover that they didn't even bother to replace the old dirty filter!! I'm beyond disgusted with this company. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Matt, Casey and Brett were phenomenal today. Matt came in to quote and was respectful and thorough. Once they got to work , they stayed at it until it was all completed well. While under the house, they found a leak and fixed that while they were here. Highly recommend!

We had three of our toilets replaced today by Matthew and Nick. They were prompt and professional and a pleasure to have inside our home. Both of these fine young men are ambassadors to Conway Services. We always know when the Conway technicians come out to do a job it will always be professionally accomplished. Honestly, I never used James Benny service company, but when my truck's tire went flat outside a hardware store I was approached by Mr. Benny and was amazed at the help he offered. I think that his random act of kindness is enough for me to leave a review.
