Was going to use him for a new air condition unit , he didn’t have the money to buy unit wanted me to give him $1100 cash so he could go buy unit before the work is done I didn’t know him to give someone cash before he even start that’s dishonest business nothing would guarantee he would even go and do the job and he would have my $1100 poor I was born but it wasn’t yesterday .

Amazingly quick response and service in our emergency situation (it's 100 outside so that's a good thing). Very nice and professional to deal with and experts in their field. We will never use anybody else!

I wish I could give him a negative 0. He installed central air in my home for 5k with a 3 year warranty and my air have been breaking down the past 2 years with him having to come fix it leaving me in the heat for 1-2 weeks at a time & his response is “you’re not the only one going without air”. I finally reached out to 2 different heating and air companies to see what’s going on & they both said that he installed it incorrectly using duck tape and twist ties on my air ducks, confirming that it was not a 5k job. He also cut the connection to one of my air conditioners and left a huge hole in my wall saying that the air conditioner was not safe. If it’s not safe why not tell me before hand so I can let you know if I want you to do that and that’s not what I called you for, you haven’t even fixed the problem i called you for. I have asked him to fix the hole in my wall & he has came multiple times to quick fix my air and still haven’t fixed the hole it’s going on 2 years. I’m taking him to court.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My service went out 6/24/24. 9/5/25 is just fixed by another company. Would call and say I'm five minutes away. Never show up and not answer his phone. Put in faulty part charge for new freon Everytime it leaked out. The worst customer service. Will never use again over 5k spent no air going on 3 months. Oh of course want his money up front. Do not use this company.

Mr. Yates is very professional and has always did quality work

A little to expensive to hang two ceiling fans. Quoted a price of 150.00 for low ceilings and 200.00 for high ceiling. Immediately went right to 200.00 and the ceilings were a patio and bedroom, not very high. Also showed up without a ladder and borrowed mine. He could not figure out why wall sockets in garage did not work and why garage porch lights did not work. He said he would call me for estimate on yard lights never heard from him again although I would not have used his service. I would not recommend for electrical problems.

I have used Yates Services for HVAC and electrical work at all of my properties since 2015. They have always been responsive, professional, and courteous. I have never been disappointed in their work
