The best customer service I have ever received! I recently moved into a new house and managed to run into AC problems in the middle of July and heating problems in December. I sent in a serivce request for both situitations past 7pm, and got a call from Trent Wilks immediately after the inquiry. He asked a few quesitons about the situation and then asked what the temperature in the house was (my house had gotten to 86 degrees during the summer and 51 during the winter). He replied both times "I won't allow that, I am on my way". He then assessed the problems and was kind enough to walk me through some HVAC best practices. 10/10 Service. These guys were incredible! I don’t think the air quality in our home has ever been so refreshing! They cleared out the air ducts in our whole home and they did great! I have been a customer of Benny James for 29 years.
Excellent service, top of the line replacement equipment . This year I have had a new high efficiency Amana HVAC system installed that reduced my summer cooling costs by 50%. Had whole house Generac Generator system installed for full backup power in February. All of my HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are done by Benny James and his team of technicians. Experienced, trained and customer service is always first.

Benny James Service Co provided impeccable service! My heat went out on Christmas Eve (coldest day of 2022) and they came out to service my furnace within 1 hour of calling. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC system later that week. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and clean!! They left my house cleaner than they found it. The price was competitive and reasonable. My new system is a dream! I would recommend them 100x over!

I can't recommend Benny James enough. We are first time homeowners who had some AC issues and the people at Benny James, Darren Wilkes specifically, were walking miracles for us. They were timely, kind, knowledgable, and extremely professional. Fixed up our unit at a reasonable price within a view hours in the dead of summer. We would have been lost without them. Benny James Service Company is a family owned company with superb professionalism and service. We have used their services a number of times--they have replaced 3 HVAC systems and 2 water heaters for us. The company representatives who came out to give us an estimate thoroughly explained what we needed and patiently answered any questions we had. The day of work, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and was super respectful of our property. The final bills were EXACTLY the same amount as the estimates we were provided. Mark at Central has been very fast to respond to our A/C issues. He has gotten the immediate issues fixed and has alerted us to other issues our unit may have.

This has been, top to bottom, an excellent experience. From the AC installation to the maintenance. Great folks to work with…Mark is super nice, friendly, and very professional! Diamond in the rough… highly recommend!

We have used Mark for at least the last 10+ years.. Always quick to help out and get himself or someone else out when needed. Our a/c went out in the middle of July and he was there that same day. Highly recommend!!!

Book keeping is suspect. They charged my card on 3/14/25 for charges they say occurred in 2023. The excuse was "it just fell between the cracks." I call bs on that. Collect from the accounting department not me
