My ac unit went out in the heart a brutal summer last year. Everyone I called was overpriced until I call Profesional Maintenance Services and spoke with Marco. They offered quality work and affordable prices! It is a year later and our air unit is still going strong!

This company is the best. I had an issue with the cooler in my store and Professional Maintenance Services came out in less than 24hours and had my cooler up and running. I enjoyed the company and even bought the technician lunch. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my maintenance needs.

Pleasant and professional team members. Very focussed on great customer service - prompt communications, making sure that I understood what they were going to do and what was required of me, and updates on progress. No surprises with invoices.

Professional Plumbing was everything I needed and more. They were polite and professional with the tenants. They accessed the job and made everyone feel comfortable. They even went over and beyond the scope of the repairs to accommodate the tenants. Thank you all so much!

My experience with Professinal Maintence Service wasnt good. The contractor was unprofessional, not trustworthy, and not completly knowledgable about the job duties. The 3.5 ton AC Condenser was not install properly. I had to pay another company to come in and fix the problem. I had to pay twice along with the other factors. I would never recommened Professional Maintence Services LLC to anyone.

Very pleased with the service I received from this company. My HVAC guy Germarco was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. He educated me on preventative maintenance for my AC unit on the outside and the one on the inside of my home. I will definitely use them for my regular maintenance and other things around my house. Came home on a Friday around 5:30 PM.
Air was blowing hot. Temp was going up fast ! Called numerous companies sorry can’t help. No , no and Monday would be the earliest. Got ahold of Marco, he has a guy at my house within 30 minutes. I also live across the bridge. Great services would recommend!

From the sweet lady who answers the phone to the workers they send out, everyone is wonderful!!! I looooovvveee this company!!! They are customer service oriented, friendly, efficient, do what they say, have great pricing, and most importantly, they care. Wow! I had such a fantastic experience with Professional Maintenance Service, LLC. They were able to come to my home and replace my leaky kitchen faucet on the same day I contacted them. I will like to give Professional Maintenance a 5 star rating. The company done a great job installing my new AC unit. Their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I Had a small problem going on with one of my vents. The company did not hesitate to come 4 hours one way to check it out from me. Really great company they also work with my insurance company to get my claim processed and completed .

The business was the utmost of professional at all times. They arrived early, but not without a heads up phone call first! Both men worked collaboratively to make repairs and provide maintenance. They kept me in the loop and provided detailed explanations of all of the work. They even found a suspicious area in the attic and provided me with pictures so that I could follow up on this issue with a different contractor at a later date. They left my home clean without any trace that they were here! Impeccable service!

We had our line replaced from the house to the street. The team was there when they said they would be, got the services done in the estimated time frame, and cleaned up perfectly after they finished. Not to mention the price was very reasonable for the service performed. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend.

Best installation ever! They were on time, worked fast in this Memphis heat so our family could be cool!! EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECT! Definitely recommend them for all your HVAC and contractor needs!! Two thumbs up!!

Everything was pleasant from the 1st phone call to the completion of the work. The lady that took the call seemed interested in my concern about my toilet issue and was able to squeeze me in the schedule same day. The plumber that showed up was very proffessional, knowledgeable and he fixed the issue with no problem.
