We have been using L Davis Heating and Air for several years. both t home and at our business. From new systems to urgent repairs, they have always been quick and friendly. They have always been more than fair on the costs.

A quick test giving me a 15 minute warning of his arrival was sent to me. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and repaired it in 15 minutes. My heat is working perfect again!

I own several rental properties and over the years finding competent plumbers, roofers, painters, drywall contractors has been the main problem with property maintenance.
L Davis HVAC is the exception- quick response, great communication throughout the task (installing a 50 gal electric water heater) , on time, did the job right the first time. Plus doing business with him was a pleasure.
I will certainly use L Davis for future projects.

Had trouble with a gas leak I didn’t know where it was coming from. I called him he came out found the leak offered to come back when my gas company came out just to make sure everything was good. He was very affordable and communicative. I was at work when he can by to check, but my husband was home, he still reached out to me to let to explain what was going on after explaining to my husband.

Each tech that has visited the house has been very professional and friendly, including putting booties on their shoes before coming into the house. I would highly recommend their services.

Kudos to Airmasters. They sent Chris to diagnose my A/C issue on a Sunday. Chris was an outstanding, knowledgeable, and polite technician. He knows what he's doing. Also, the cost of the fix was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Airmasters continues to live up to their excellent reputation. They came out within an hour of calling them on a different issue. Michael came out this time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. This is my third time dealing with them over the years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and polite.

Stuart came to my house today to check out my A/C. He did an extensive inspection & talked & explained to me the problem with my unit, he repaired right on the spot. He was so very nice. It is really good to have workers like him. I appreciate what he did & also Air Masters. My mom was also impressed with Air Masters, while she living.

Greatest experience every time. My wife and I are customers for life. Very easy and very convenient. We had to have our AC unit replaced and the entire process was a breeze. Plus the extended warranty provides a cushion for future inspections/maintenance if required. Fantastic company with great people.

Michael was absolutely wonderful!!! He had such a warm and professional personality. He explained everything in a way I could understand, and listened patiently to my blabbering-lol! One of the most important things to me is honesty. Michael was indeed honest, and I cannot express how appreciative of that I am. There needs to be more people like him in this world. His smile also brightened my day. In my opinion, nothing is worse than somebody who seems grumpy, and like they really don't want to be here in my home to do work. Airmasters always does a great job when they come out! They always give us fast appointment times and great service! Highly recommend them!! Our air stopped working last night; called them first thing this morning and it was fixed by early afternoon! They’re the best!

Rick is an absolute HVAC genius. In a very short period of time, he assessed the problem and has proposed a rapid resolution. I am so grateful to have him on my home care team.

As always Air Masters, Inc provides rapid and competent service. Stuart was our service representative today. He phoned our house at least 1/2 hour before the scheduled maintenance appointment and arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, neat and provided excellent service.

I am so very shocked that this company has a 5 rating ... .I schedule a consultation for my heating unit..
The young man was professional and polite ... He isn't the issue ... After speaking with him ... He came back in and my unit was already running.....he looked in the unit ... The foam on the back of the door was loose ... Told me he would spray some adhesive..... That's it... No work.... No tools removed from the van ...... After sitting in the van for about 20 minutes ... Present a bill for a minimum work service ... $150......for adhesive spray ... On a running unit .. But the company was willing to wave the $76 consultation fee .... REALLY YOU ARE CHARGING ME $150....FOR ADHESIVE SPRAY . Really sweet of you to give me a break .... At no point was I told that I was going to have a charge of $150......the young man was understanding of my anger.... .spoke to his supervisor..... Who was gracious enough to drop the price to $107.....for a single spray of adhesive on a running unit ..... As for their ratings... . I can't be the only one who was raked over the coals.. .. I was very willing to pay for the service call....I don't believe that a company who does this to new customer..... And what I consider strong arming me ... I can't not be the single person ... It's despicable ... You are warned.... And by the way ..... My unit is not running ... They WILL NOT be called back.... This company should be ashamed . . It's ridiculous ..

I am happy to say that this matter was cleared up.... Although, I am still shocked by that charge ... It was refunded.... The owner spoke with me and corrected the issue ... The technician was a wonderful guy ... I appreciate the time and assistance he gave me after returning to my home.. The rating was accurate at the time of first post .. . It was handled quickly and professionally .... I will be happy to recommend them to anyone ... Thanks again....

I have been an Air Masters customer for years. Their technicians always arrive on time, are thorough, and highly professional.

Billy Wylie answered my emergency call for help today from Air Masters as we woke to the failure of the major of our two A/C systems in our home this morning. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and arranged for the prompt scheduling of a team to arrive tomorrow for installation of a new system. We so appreciate the prompt response to our call and Mr. Wylie's prompt scheduling of installation of a replacement system in heat this week that will climb from low eighties to ninety degree temps by tomorrow and afterward! Thank you, Air Masters!!!

I've been using Airmasters for 10 years or more and have been happy with them. This last problem has been an ordeal, but they eventually got it right. But I did go through about 4 days without my main A/C unit working (during this late-June heatwave).

Kudos to repairman Michael M. for getting me back up and running. As for the price, I selected "Not Sure" below because I really don't know what the average cost is for the repairs needed.
