Was bummed. Called in advance to see if they had my capacitors. They had 1 of 2 of them. Had to go somewhere else to get second one.

It was great in and out services didn't have to wait long.

We walked in needing guidance and the white lady with a ponytail was very rude and hateful. Low down...

Ordered a circuit board and a wiring harness 5 weeks ago. Got the board. The wiring harness still has not shown up. Every time i call they say it will be end of the week and they will have it. No apologies. Every person my secretary has spoken to acted as though they could not care less. Bad customer service.

They always take care of me and go above and beyond especially the women up front!!!

Excellent company, especially Ricky, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He provided outstanding customer-oriented service, went well above and beyond the call of duty and helped make a special order upon the customer request for an obsolete draft inducer motor. Excellent price.

Today is Saturday August 16 2025 Im a independent contractor I called johnstone on Broad this morning at 8:30 to check for a blower motor the young lady Makia I may not have her name spelled correctly anyway she put me on hold and I stayed on hold long enough to get dressed and leave my home at Holmes and Forest hill irene and drive to johnstone on Broad to walk in and see her behind her computer moniter checking her fingernails and not a customer was inside when I walked in. I can remember when she started at this company and she was eager to help customers but now she has gotten too comfortable with her job it's very disrespectful to me as a customer

Some of the staff seems to be ok, but there was what sounded like a young African American female there who when asked about the costs of my order, was very rude and sarcastic. She started off telling me they don't add any cost to what the manufacturer is charging them. She gave me a cost was $150, then went to $148 and also gave me different figures when asked what the total with tax would be. When asked about the discrepancy in what she was saying, she got loud, which is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. She definitely needs to further her training in customer service or else find a different role to partake in. .

Company will not even give quotes for materials without coming in person, creating an account, and showing copy of license. No problem doing that if I liked the quote. Who in their right mind is gonna go through all that just to get a quote on materials? Would highly recommend giving quotes over the phone if you would like to get new customers to sign up.

Had Larry come out to check out my outside AC unit. Larry’s initial quote wasn’t clear he charged the max in my opinion. Communication about the quote could have been clearer.

I had a problem with my hot water knob in the bathroom tub it wouldn’t turn off. It had a medium to light water flow. I called Mr. David. This was on a Sunday. He came within an hour and a half and turned the water off and told me that the stem was stripped and he will come back Monday morning. Mr. David showed up Monday mid morning and fixed the problem I have worked with Mr. David several times. He is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. He will always get the job done correctly.
