I called to have PM’s completed on my two ac units.
I received a notification with my appointment time. Then I received a notification the day of my scheduled work letting me know that the technician was in route.
After the work was completed I received a notification of completion of work and invoice.
The entire process was flawless. The work was scheduled promptly. The Technican arrived on time as promised, performed the PM on both units. The work was perfect!
I couldn’t be any more satisfied.

I called him Wednesday November 5, 2020 to check out my hot water tank. He came over and checked the unit and informed me I needed a new unit. I asked him when will he be available to fix it he said tommorow morning. I work morning shift he said he can come over when I get off 😂. I was so happy he could. He came over Thursday and installed my tank. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD SPIRIT AND AT A GOOD PRICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. WHEW HOT 🔥🔥🤣🤣 WATER

L Davis heating &air installed my faucet. The hot water wasn't getting pressure after install , so I called them back and they came back to fix it. Thank you so much. We will use your service again.

The pipes in my master bathroom froze and busted in the winter storm. After calling the local power company and receiving no help my house was quickly going underwater. I called L.Davis Heating and Air Conditioning. They walked me through cutting off my water and came out during a snow storm to fix my problem.

Mr. Davis himself came to my house. He wore a mask and was careful not to trek snow through my home. I was kept informed of the progress being made, and any findings of concern as the job moved forward. At the end of a very stressful ordeal my home was restored.

I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Loved that they showed up on 1/29/2021,very professional and masked up due to COVID-19. L. Davis Heating and Air came out to service my furnace that needed to be replaced. I went from a cold home to a warm and cozy home in no time with L.Davis Heating and Air. They were punctual, accurate, and great with communication with the service that was provided. Contacted L.Davis Heating and Air Conditioning regarding my water heater. The pilot light on the unit kept going out due to a pinhole leak in the tank. Mr. Davis and his helper arrived on time, were very professional and replaced the 16 yr old water heater. This was done in a very timely manner and very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you need your water heater replaced.
I WILL use them again for any of my heating/air conditioning needs.
