He quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately replaced a malfunctioning element in the heating unit with a new one he had on hand. I will definitely recommend AirMasters to my neighbors, friends, and relatives because of my complete satisfaction with Chris C.’s work and professionalism; and would use their services again, should the need arise.

I have worked with Airmasters for more than 10 years, and two different addresses. In all that time, I’ve never received anything other than excellent customer service. I highly recommend their service agreement for yearly maintenance. Great value and has saved me from more extensive repairs thanks to proactive cleaning and checking of my systems.

Technician was punctual, knowledgable, efficient and VERY courteous.ONLY negative comment is that final cost was not tabulated for part replaced and time to repair but included xtra hundred's DOLLARS for a very short time warranty. This was not mentioned before repair. If it was, I would not have used this company. I am a disabled US Marine.Again, great technician.

Had problem with condensation drain tube plugged. Checked system and determined to be plumbing issue. Recommended National Economy Plumbing. Billy was polite friendly and acted very professional even though he had been on call for 14 day. Verified that everything on the HVAC was operating normally. Cleaned up his workspace. Good person to work with.

My technician, Noah, examined my system, explained what he did, and was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him in my home. AirMasters has always done a great job, in a timely manner, and very reasonably priced. This evening, right at the time of closing, I had an issue and Tammy on the phone was able to get Michael on the phone just before he got home. I've been with Gold Standard Heating and Air for almost 2yrs, their service is second to none! I have a membership with them which saves me a lot of preseason hassles. Their technicians are phenomenal, always willing to walk the customer through the process. I call them first and I have never had my hvac system down more than 2 days from phone call! Hell of a show yall! Shout to Zack and the whole team!

They came out exactly when they said they would, and even called ahead to let me know they were otw. They inspected our AC and made some repairs and suggestions to remedy a mold situation w our vents. Absolutely A+ service in every way.
