It is the end of June and my Air Conditioner was Not cooling at all, I placed a service call to "Gold Standard" and literally the next day Austin and Bud were at my door!! They both were very professional and informative about my unit and what I needed to do to keep it working!! They took the time to explain everything to me and Not once did I feel they were rushing to leave! Austin answered Every Question I had and then some, while Bud was working hard in the heat to correct my problem. Thanks to You Both for Such Great Customer Service, now my Good/Updated Air Conditioner has me a bit chilled. Thanks for Your Help!!

Delill and Drew were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional and polite as well as informative. They gave me the facts and prices along the way so I would have zero sticker shock at time of payment. Both gentlemen worked well together and quickly to diagnose and correct any issues. AC started blowing hot air on a day when it was 95 degrees outside. I panicked and called Gold Standard and they had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Also worth noting that this was on a Sunday. I didn’t think I would get anyone out there until the next day. Zach showed up and fixed everything right away. He was professional, personable and educated. I cannot emphasize enough how good of an experience I had with this company. Zach was amazing and we are so thankful that we called Gold Standard! I will be using them for any HVAC issues going forward. 10/10 recommend!

Into my second year with their two-unit maintenance plan and just had my second project handled by them. Excellent work and service, friendly office manager and technicians, all timely and efficient, pricing always reasonable. Today I called at 9 am for an AC repair and they got me on the schedule for same day, found a way to get in early, and were done by 1pm.

Start of my third year and still good! Our newest technician, Drake, was upfront about costs and diligent in his work with the small repair work our units needed.

A very friendly lady answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. As promised, they called before they headed my way so I could leave work. Very polite guys and got the job done quickly and reasonably! We have AC!

Update: Gold Standard continues to be my go-to for AC. They always find time to come out and will stay until they fix the issue. Really appreciate Drew and the other guys - friendly, trustworthy, and reliable.

Gold Standard replaced our furnace promptly and professionally. I’m usually worried when people work on/in my house because they do crap work and then I have to clean up and sometimes finish the job myself. This was far from the case with Austin and his crew. They treated my home with respect and they did very respectable, clean work. Kudos fellas. Highly recommend.

Oh my! I could sum this up by saying that they came when they said and they did what they were supposed to do, but that truly does not define the experience. They technicians were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and truly redefined what customer service should look like. At the conclusion of the install for a 5 ton package unit, I was given a yellow folder with warranty, unit particulars, etc. If you’re in need of a quality HVAC company, Gold Standard is truly GOLD STANDARD.

Great company. I was dealing with an air flow issue and Golden came in and corrected the problem. Will use Golden going forward.

Drake and Austin came by at the scheduled time. The initial inspection was completed and I was told when I would receive a quote. The quote arrived on time with explained options. I chose the option I wanted and, once again, Drake and Austin arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job as agreed upon. They wore matching uniforms and were friendly. We were always notified before they did any work inside the building. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Drake was on point. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. Most companies give a 6 hour window and show up on the tail end. He inspected my system with great detail and explained what he did. He also changed out a part as a courtesy. I won’t use another company to service my HVAC and neither should you!

Had an upstairs unit low on refrigerant after another brutal Memphis summer. Drake arrived on time, with a smile and was quickly able to assess, explain and rectify the issue. I trust this locally owned and operated business for all the HVAC needs for my house and my business.

Gold Standard Heating and Air did an amazing job at fixing my ac last week. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment quickly( during the hottest week of the summer), the technician Zach was extremely professional and explained everything that he was doing. As soon as he located the problem, he explained what was wrong and got my ac working without an hour of being there.
I will be calling them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

My AC stopped cooling and was leaking water, and Gold Standard came out right away. Drake was super friendly and professional—he explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving. The price was very reasonable too. I called this morning to set an appointment for HVAC system maintenance. The gentleman that set the appointment (so sorry, I don’t recall his name) was so kind and professional. He was able to put me on the schedule the same day.

I recently just moved into my home and figured I wanted to have my furnace checked to be sure everything was running smoothly. Drake was professional, kind and informative. He automatically noticed some issues that he fixed on the spot. He answered any questions that I had and went above and beyond by explaining rather than just telling. I’ll be calling this company for now on for any HVAC issues I have.

Excellent service from start to completion!

We recently decided to convert our 1952 home to a traditional HVAC system. Zach , our lead technician came out to give us a quote and to explain the details of installing all new ductwork and new heat/air/compressor systems. He was very thorough not just with our initial estimate but with every step that followed thru completion of the project. We always received a call with a 30 minute “heads up” when the crew was on the way . They communicated any needs or concerns with us directly and executed the project with attention to every detail . Their work ethic is unmatched and I cannot say enough about their meticulous professionalism!! I highly recommend Gold Standard Heating & Air! Zach was an excellent lead technician and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have them work with us !

Customer service was phenomenal from the receptionist to the technicians. Price was affordable. The technician Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. Zach was also quickly about to fix my heating problem and add an additional gas line. Thank you so much Gold Standard for such great service.
