I love Gold Standard customer service and the neatness on how the young men put my products together. I also love how they have taken time to answer my questions and explain what was needed to be done. They also said if anything is needed concerning my units call them for more assistance… Yes! I recommend them.

We LOVED Gold Standard! Zach & his partner were very thorough in explaining things such has the warranty information, what needed to be cleaned etc. they got in and out! We’re very grateful!

Zach has been a wonderful technician every time he’s come to check out our mini split. He is very knowledgeable and fixes any issues we have very quickly. Setting up an appointment is always easy and gold standard is accommodating to our schedule. Lastly, when we had concerns about our mini split, Bud called me within a day to discuss. We are thankful for the years of service from gold standard!

Brian from Max Air was very knowledgeable and professional. He provide service that included a visualization of my concerns. He made me feel reassured that my service request was addressed. I would definitely want him anytime my unit isn’t working properly. Request addressed and corrected completely!!!!!

Justin (the owner), and his team at MaxAir, really helped me out. We bought a house with a broken, and undersized AC unit. They helped me understand what my home's needs were and didn't oversell me. In fact, Justin told me directly that certain systems that the big competitors sell will never make financial sense in our climate. He explained the differences between all systems, and worked with me on price. They beat the pants off of the big guys prices, even with the exact same systems.

During the install, Justin, Billy, and their team, catered to our requests - put a vent here, hide this wire, move this thermostat. All stuff that most companies would tell me to get lost over, but their customer service is really #1, so they obliged without making me feel bad for requesting it.

I have had questions about my new system, and they've sent techs out same day or next day, no questions asked. And Justin responds to my texts as well. I have referred him to friends who have had replacements and they also rave about him and his team.

I'm sure the low reviews were outliers, or just disappointed that they were out of warranty. MaxAir has never missed an appointment with me, never even been late. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Brian was knowledgeable and timely in his service call. Not only did he answer my questions, he also was patient in demonstrating how our new thermostat panel operated. He even gave us extra batteries--just in case!

Brian was also courteous to call ahead and was prompt in his arrival to speed up the process!

Brian was my technician. He was absolutely great! Within 5 minutes of diagnosing, he already knew what the problem was and had my heat working properly within 45 minutes! I will definitely recommend Max Air. Also, I had a phone call within 5 minutes of requesting service to schedule the appointment. VERY satisfied!!

Jack was able to come out right away and diagnosed the issue and fix it in one trip. The effort and his knowledge was greatly appreciated especially during the excessive heat warning that was happening at the time our air conditioner died on us.

Nick was very professional, thorough and very personable. Nick showed up on time and worked really hard to replace my AC coil. Although it was a challenging job I was impressed with how careful he was to do a good job and not a rushed job. I'm very pleased with Nick and the quality of work. Thank you very much. Follow up to my original post. I needed to get some additional work done for my HVAC unit and Ethan Bailey was the Technician dispatched. Ethan was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the issue and resolved in no time. After meeting Ethan, I can see why other customers point out his outstanding customer service skills.

And, after assessing the problem with my heating unit, he knew exactly what to do, and what part was needed. After ordering the necessary part, he jumped right on it, and got the job done…He exemplified an Excellent customer service and personality, as well. First, my appointment was rescheduled for warmer temperatures, so we could test the AC. The staff worked closely with me. Then, Corey, the technician, showed up a few minutes early on the scheduled day. Appreciated that. Gave me notice in advance with a phone call. We were able to communicate about the best place to park. Saved us both trouble. This was the spring maintenance on our HVAC system. Corey did a great job getting the system ready for hot weather. Corey worked quickly, diligently and, answered all my questions.

On time good customer service I'll definitely recommend the service,knows their stuff on getting the job done

I was very pleased with the work I received from MaxAir Heating and Cooling. My air unit was not properly working. I called AHS and they recommended MaxAir. I received a window and the person who came knew what he was doing. He was punctual, polite and handled his business. I was very pleased and I was cold last night. Thanks again

Professional, Knowledgeable!

The overall experience was great!! The quoting process was quick and easy, they were there within days to completely replace my system, add an intake vent, and redo duct work under the house. Took less than a day to do everything and the workers were great!

Update: came out for maintenance and the response was quick and service great! Technician was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything he was looking for!
