Called theses guys due to AC went out the day before. Spoke with technician and he found a way to get us in on an already full schedule, just to avoid me having to figure out how to get off from work the next day to meet for repair. That alone was great but, he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! I never had a specific HVAC company I went with but I honestly plan to stick with these guys whenever I need any HVAC work. Our technician was Zack and he is a great asset to there company!!! My family is grateful to B&A because of him.

Incredible Company! last summer my unit went out very late in the day. I called Bud and they had someone out the next day. They figured out it was just the board gone bad and they had me up and running again! My wife was very thankful! Highly recommend!

They responded within a 24 hour time frame from initial claim. They kept the date given for service to come and the time of arrival was superb. Technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what to do about the problem. After service given he came in to give a summary of what the problem was, what he did to fix it and what to expect from procedure given and to call or contact them if more problem arise. He emailed me details of the work done today with summary and pictures. I am very pleased of how the problem was handled from beginning to end. Thank you for a job well done.

Was able to get here earlier than expected. Completed the job quickly without upselling me on parts I did not need. Very friendly and helpful team. Even though my tech was a Bama fan, I'd still recommend to anybody. Haha

On October 28th Tech Drake came out to clean and service my heating unit and exceeded our expectations. This technician is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and explained in detail things to me. This is my go to company

Zack and Drew were great! I’ve had problems in the past with companies coming out just to up sale and not clean or inspect my unit. I’m aware that my unit is old but I don’t have the funds right now to upgrade it. They came in clean and checked my system didn’t once try to up sale me. They did offer services to clean and maintain what I have. Would definitely recommend!

The crew did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC system. They were very professional and meticulous. I couldn't believe it was completed in 8 hours. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

I had an incidental finding, found while someone else was roaming my attic 😂 they recommended Gold Standard. Glad they did! I know nothing about HVAC, but I felt like everything was clearly explained to me in a way I understood, I felt like I had the autonomy to make the decisions I chose about my own home, and the prices felt reasonable. Got to have them back out so I hope the experience is just as good. Shout out to Angie, who was super friendly @ intake, and Zac/k/h, who was really friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

They don't give me enough characters on here to say enough good things about these folks. Best HVAC company you'll ever work with, hands down. Installed an entire replacement system in a day, works amazingly well, looks great, passed inspection with flying colors. Tremendously helpful and professional. They even made sure the water heater pilot was relit after they had to cut the gas off. 27/10.

OUTSTANDING!! If you're looking for the best HVAC company in Memphis, call Gold Standard. Angie, who is the first contact, is fabulous. She was extremely helpful in advising possible systems, arranging a quote, and scheduling techs for the job. Austin and Bud came out the following day to do the job. They were prompt, respectful of the property (shoe covers) and extremely knowledgeable. The entire job was completed in only a couple of hours. Their company name is definitely fitting---they ARE the Gold Standard!

GREAT Service! Extremely professional. Called for help in the morning and I was up and running before end of day. Highly recommended!

We just bought a house in Cordova that needs way more work than anyone could've anticipated, and of course, the A/C stopped blowing cool air. We had another company out to look at it and give us an estimate on some services, but they basically just gave us their standard sales pitch.

A couple of days later, our electrician recommended Gold Standard. We called on a Tuesday morning - GSHA was able to come out that afternoon.

The techs, Drew and Drake, could not have been nicer or more helpful. They did a thorough inspection, tried a couple of different things to troubleshoot, took before-and-after readings of everything they did AND walked us through the results before trying something else. They cleaned the coils that day and that alone had our A/C putting out comfortably cool air again.

Our system still needs more extensive work (no surprise there) but we received our GSHA quote in less than 48 hours and the price is several thousands cheaper than the first company we had out. We plan to use Gold Standard again (we've already signed up for their service membership) and will definitely recommend them to others based on their professionalism, demonstrated knowledge, great customer service, and competitive pricing.

I contacted Gold Standard for a mini split install. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed respect for my home. I felt comfortable with their recommendations and install. They honor the contract and most importantly show up at the scheduled time. I would definitely use this company again.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the the crew that came out. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions and they quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it. They didn't leave a mess behind, they were courteous, and they were very professional. It was a two-man crew that worked in perfect tandem and I was so relieved to finally have the AC unit working properly again.

Called with a leaking emergency drain for my home in Bartlett. Angie sent Zach out the same day! He was quick and professional. He gave me options for the repair and estimates for future repairs on my aging system. My first experience with Gold Standard was a good one.
