Air Masters was highly recommended to me, and proved to deserve it. Scott was thorough and knowledgeable, and he worked hard in the heat to figure out what was wrong.

Four months after my new unit (with which I’m extremely pleased) was installed, Jeff came out today for a service check. He was timely, friendly, and thorough—customer relations makes Airmasters superior. Six-star service!

I can't judge skill set but I'd say fine as long as heater keeps working well.

This company is great. We have had so many people work on our AC unit and they always just rigged it. We have not had any problems with our unit since we started using this company. The people are great and very professional. Also our utility bill went down since we started using them. We have been using them for about 5 years now. My mother in law turned us on to them. I think they take care of about 5 people on her street. Give them a call and see if they can help you. I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Noah did a great job diagnosing the problem with my furnace, checking all the switches and replacing the problem pressure switch. Afterwards he stayed to insure our furnace was working correctly.

Billy was professional and pleasant! He was certainly knowledgeable in his field. A definite asset to Air Masters.

I had the most amazing experience today with Airmasters. Rick and Ryan came over today within the first 15 min of my appointment window. I had a bad experience the prior day with a competitor and I told them I felt like I was being scammed into buying a new unit. They were very kind and took pictures for me so I could see the things I was concerned about. They did a thorough review of my entire system and concluded that my system was functioning just fine and all I really needed was a tune-up. This company is the truth. Rick and Ryan were honest, educational, and efficient. I felt like I had family with me looking out for my best interests. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful experience with Airmasters. We easily scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. Chris was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he had found. He gave us options on the repair. He even offered several pointers on the importance of maintenance and replacing the filters. I would highly recommend this company and in particular this service agent. He kept us updated on the arrival of the parts and fixed our air conditioner in a very timely manner. He even called us to follow-up after the repairs had been made.
