I called yesterday and was told “Your appointment is 11:00 - 1:00. Someone will call you 45mins prior to their arrival.” Nobody had called or arrived by 1:15 so I called. I was told “We are running behind and it will be 3:30 now. Someone will call you 45mins prior to arrival.” I never heard from them again. I took off work to be available for this appointment. Please avoid this company as they are unprofessional and will only waist your time.

This guy did a great job and was on time and very respectful and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else for the job.

Hire someone else for your duct cleaning. Hiring Jeremy would be a huge mistake. If you know anything about duct cleaning, just watch him work and you’ll realize quickly that you made a huge mistake. You’re much better off with one of the Roto-brush guys than Jeremy’s version of “certified negative air” which involves opening up your system, shoving a vacuum inside without sealing anything up to actually create a closed system vacuum, and then walking around with an air compressor and sticking it about 6” inside each vent and blowing dust all over your house. Literally the air compressor line that you should run through every main line and return is duct taped in a coil because he’s never put the line more than a couple inches into any vent in his life lol. What a joke.

Jeremy is a fraud. He took my money, didn’t perform the services, and now won’t return the money. You’re better off hiring any other duct cleaning service. Just don’t hire Jeremy. He’ll just take his air compressor and blow dirt and dust all over your house and then claim that that’s how negative air duct cleaning works.

They are the most unprofessional company around. They make appointments and never show up and never call.

Just look at his Yelp reviews and you’ll see everything you need to know. I should’ve read those first. Jeremy claims to perform “certified negative air duct cleaning” but I don’t think he even knows what that is and doesn’t even have the equipment to do it. When I questioned him as to why he wasn’t creating a sealed system to perform real negative air duct cleaning he first told me that it didn’t need to be sealed and then told me that you actually wanted air blowing in different directions, and then finally admitted that he wasn’t really doing it right because he was in a rush. Oh and he was in a rush because he showed up 3.5 hours late. Even after calling to say he was on his way, it took another hour and 45 minutes for him to show up. He also damaged the wood trim around my return and tried to blame it on me. He could have just refunded the money and this all would be over and we could both move on, but instead he wants to turn this into a fight. So here we go.

I had the pleasure of having Jeremy himself come out and take care of my mold issue. He was super professional and let me know exactly what was going on and what was needed to be done to fix it. He even went above and beyond to make sure he got the job done and didn't have any issues working past 5 pm to make sure I was good like some people might have!

If you have any kind of HVAC issues, I highly recommend calling this guy! He cleans dryer outlets, cleans vents, and best of all, is certified to inspect for and treat mold. We had a persistent problem that developed over time (due to the carelessness of an area HVAC company), but he found the issue that caused the problem (a leak in our system) and he found mold and was able to treat it. He will answer any questions you may have about HVAC issues as well, and he is unfailingly polite. HIGHLY recommend!!
