Mr Dennis Smith from H.R Ferrell and Co is a life saver. Never seen or met the man in my life but he helped me when I needed it without even asking. Had some car trouble and not only did he help me get my car back started, he followed me to the auto parts place to make sure I got there and gave me my cables back. If he did this for a total stranger for free then I know he will take care of his customers. I recommend ppl with difficulties that the HR Ferrell and Co provide relief for contact them! They'll do what they have to do!

I've used H.R. Ferrell & Co for many years, so when my main AC compressor stopped working, I called first thing in the morning to schedule a repair. A very nice lady took my information, and told me they'd be out in the afternoon. Sure enough, Dennis and James came by at about 3:30. Dennis asked a few questions and told me it was either the capacitor or the fan motor. He then did some basic troubleshooting steps, and determined quickly it was the fan motor, and told me how much the new one was. Luckily, it was a standard type, and he had one on the truck. Both he and James went right to work, and in less than fifteen minutes, had the new one installed, and everything working fine and put back together. They then checked the coolant levels in both systems, and determined they were fine. I was impressed with their politeness, knowledge, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done. They'll do what's needed properly at a fair price, and not try to upsell you on things you don't need.

Buster is an expert HVAC technician who analyzed and discovered the problem with our Compressor and Freon supply lines. Once the system was repaired he thoroughly tested the overall system with test meters to make sure no other problems existed. Job well done.
