I have used this HVAC company many times and every time has been a great experience. The most fair and honest people you will find. Every technician is awesome and all the people that work for this company are great.

Once again MSS was able to get my ac repaired on a holiday weekend in a matter of hours. They were also able to find the part I needed when part stores were closed too! They truly are the best.

If there was a 10 rating, I would be giving that to Mechanical Service Solutions (MSS). Chris McCoy, the owner and President of MSS is a true professional with the upmost integrity. His company installed the heating and air conditioning units in my home. He was without question the BEST contractor that I have worked with. He is fair, honest and extremely technical and proficient. The “only” contractor who was on budget and schedule during the building process. Chris McCoy leads by example, and his employees exhibit the same strong traits.
I experienced a minor issue with one of my heater units during this recent cold spell. I contacted MSS and their response time was unprecedented. The technician arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it. I’m throughly impressed by the professionalism of this company. I wish other service companies would model their business practices to those of MSS. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

This is the best family owned company I have ever worked with. Chris the owner and his crew from the owner to the main office to the crew they are the most honest respectful, reliable and treats you like you are part of there family. I meet the most honest, straightforward, respectful and his word is his word. Chris has help my son twice know 1st time putting in a whole new heating and air conditioning unit upstair right before the summer hit in 2023 we where dieing it was so hot but we found the best company to help us and not over price us. Then the 2nd time this company save us in 24 hour was when the heat went out in 2023 down stairs it was 50 degrees in the house it was freak cool and I picked up the phone and Chris and his crew had us fixs up in 24 hour of me calling him. The best part was he was like calling family and saying my heat is out. I don't think I will ever be so humble for a family owned company to care so much. As a long time customer of MSS and Chris McCoy, I can honestly say that they are the prime example of what we all desire from a professional service company. They put the customer first, are personally invested in meeting your needs, practice fair pricing, do not quote or push you to have work done that isn't necessary, and stand by their workmanship and quality (which is excellent!). I can't think of any other HVAC provider that I would recommend over these guys.

We have found our new HVAC repair & service company! The MSS Team had a technician on our way within 2 hours of our initial call on a hot Saturday night. Within 15 minutes of arriving our technician, Larry, had found & fixed the problem (two blown capacitors) and was on his way home. Larry was kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to the MSS team for fixing our A/C on a steamy Saturday night after we had been in a sports gym for nearly 12 hours already!!

Nothing but wonderful things to say! They have always been prompt and quick in their assessments and corrections. Best prices in town from everyone we have used. We formerly used a different company in town, and when we had issues with one of our units and an error message, the former company spent 3+ hours at our house to tell us we needed a whole new unit and at the very least a new part that would cost a minimum of $4500. We got a second opinion with MSS. Their guy immediately told us what the error message meant, and likely a storm tripped the breaker to cause the problem. Our AC unit has no issues or problems, nor do we need a new compressor. Can’t say enough great things about MSS and everything they’ve done for us!
