MSS, Inc is absolutely phenomenal! We came home from vacation to find our AC unit out, and they were at our house in no time, even on a weekend! The technician was professional, courteous, and fixed the issue quickly, getting our home cool again. Two weeks later, while we were out of state, we had another issue, and they responded just as fast, coordinating with us remotely to resolve it. Their responsiveness, expertise, and fair pricing are unmatched. I’m so grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help!

This company is awesome! They came to our rescue when our home warranty was unable to provide a solution to fix our HVAC for 3 weeks. Chris was able to find the part and have repair scheduled in 24 hours. The techs showed up the next morning at the exact scheduled time…polite, efficient and neat. No trash or mess left behind. The field manager came out at completion, inspected, set up the WiFi thermostat, and trained us how to work it. Bonus…they cleaned both our condensers before leaving! Great team!! Thank you for saving us from this heat!

We had a fantastic experience with our AC technician. He was timely, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made a big difference while I was recovering from surgery. Most importantly, he provided a quick and effective fix to get our bedroom AC running, giving us much-needed comfort until the full replacement could be completed. His thoughtful approach and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend!

MSS installed our A/C system a few years ago- recently it started making a weird sound. They came out the same day I called, and found it was a broken part. They replaced it and my A/C was working less than 2 hours later! They are helpful, reliable and affordable. It’s great to find a reputable, professional company- plus their technicians are very nice and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend for new installs and repairs. Thanks again!!

I've used Mechanical Service Solutions MANY times as a Realtor and property manager. They always do great work at a fair price. Yesterday (a Sunday no less) they responded and repaired the central heat for a tenant of mine. We are so thankful! Same-day service on a weekend is unheard of!

Called MSS to repair my gas fire place logs that haven’t worked in years properly. We had a large winter storm approaching so I asked if they could get it done before end of the week. They showed up same day, did a check on the existing system (which was bad), then located a set of logs in the city and returned back same day to replace the whole system! Excellent customer service for a great company! I recently had my A/C unit replaced as well and they did great work!

Always honest, fair and on time for appointments. Richards Heating and Air, specifically Jonathon, saved our family a significant amount of money where competitors were estimating the job at over $5,000. Jonathon fixed the problem for less than $75. Now that is honesty.

Everybody at Richards Heating & Air are professional, knowledgeable, honest and prompt. In Memphis summers, AC units get a workout! You need Richards to have your back!

If only all companies could be like Richard's. Years ago, I had a problem that I thought would be disastrous. Jonathon came in and found a solution for a very affordable price. It shocked me. Competitors came in with estimate in the thousands, not Jonathon. He was honest and worked hard. Now, about 10 years later, I am thankful to still have his team servicing and repairing.
