The new chase cap that The Chimney Doctor crew installed looks great! It was fabricated much better than the originally installed chase cap that leaked.

The Chimney Doctors were very excellent in their work in cleaning and inspecting our chimney and wood stove. Thorough, knowledgeable, great personalities. Overall, fantastic professional which ended with a drone taking a picture of our chimney cap which needed some assistance and they repaired without adding an extra charge. Each time, I use Abbey Road I am impressed with their integrity. Technician Leif is professional, on-time, good communicator and most of all HONEST! In the past I used another local company and they tried to scare me to buy a complete remodel that would have cost thousands. I got a second opinion and am glad I did. Leif says our chimney is beautiful inside and out. Beware of the other guys! If Leif says you need work done, he means it. Abbey Road is honest.

They were able to fit me in to the schedule in time to have it done before the inspection window closed on the home I was purchasing. And Michael took the time to explain everything in detail after he inspected the fireplace. I was satisfied with their customer service and would recommend them to family and friends.

We've had Abbey Road out to work on our house multiple times. They have done fireplace, chimney, dryer vent, and hot water heater vent work for us. Each time they arrive within the window given, and complete the work promptly and thoroughly. Their employees are always very kind and offer to explain or answer as many questions as needed.

Michael was our technician with ABBY ROAD CHIMNEY SWEEP. He did an excellent job. He gave our fireplace and chimney a thorough inspection. He went above & beyond & rearranged our gas logs & made our fire look more realistic. He polished our mantel. When he left, everything looked very nice. The inspection showed everything to be in good working order. VERY PLEASED!

Awesome service for a great price didn’t stay long and explained everything to me being that I’m a new homeowner and had lots of questions. They even removed the old fireplace doors for me and took them to the street as I’m about to tile my fireplace. My dog loved them. Will definitely use again.
