Coopertown Chimney & Wildlife Services restored our chimney today. Not only did they take special care of our acts, they also put drop cloths all over everything, and they also took the time to educate us as new home owners on the best way to use our chimney. Hats off to the team that serviced us today, we are loyal customers for life.

CooperTown, Ken and Jake were all great! Coopertown was able to move up my appt due to an opening in their schedule. Ken and Jake were both very professional and friendly. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. I won't hire anyone else. Strongly recommend!

Got my chimney work completed by Sims, and I must say I am not disappointed at all. He was kind and informative throughout the entire process. As mentioned before, any chimney/fireplace needs will be handled with Coopertown. They are truly top tier!

Coopertown renovated our chimney. We recently purchased the house and the chimney was in terrible condition. Obvious that it was not cared for by previous owner(s). We had many cracks repaired and then had it relined.
A guy named Sims did the work and he was very courteous and professional. I cannot image having better service than what was provided.

I kept hearing something in my attic. Walking around up there. I thought it was a person. I was so scared at night I couldn't sleep. After 5 nights of trying to sleep thinking someone was in my attic I finally jumped up and ran to my car and stayed at the Peabody hotel and got some rest.As soon as I woke Coopertown Fireplace and Wildlife Services after my 1st good sleep in over a week. Christina sent a wildlife expert out that same day at 1 pm. A young man named Kenny wasn't scared at all. After about 20 minutes I heard a little commotion. I couldn't believe my eyes. He had a huge racoon on a special pole that doesn't hurt the animal. I was so relieved. I thought he was finished? But obviously he knows everything about this and found where the racoon had entered my home. Kenny, nailed up a board caulked and sealed it shut. I would use them for any service they offer. Iam very pleased to give Coopertown Fireplace and Wildfire Services a good review. We had two 30 year old gas fireplaces which needed work. Alex did a thorough inspection and made appropriate recommendations and Tommy did a great job of installation particularly on a small bedroom Fireplace.

I had an excellent experience with Coopertown Fireplace! I had been having issues with my ventless fireplace turning off after a short duration and they were able to get to my home much earlier than the initial appointment.

Alex was a great, friendly professional that fixed my issue in less than two hours and couldn’t have been better to deal with!

Coopertown repaired our chimney, applied sealant to the brick, and installed a new gas fireplace insert. The service personnel were great! They did a top notch job on the repairs and install, gave us a nice tutorial about the new insert, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We (and our dog!) love the new gas fireplace insert! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your fireplace/chimney needs!

After having one company out and paying them to clean and repair the fireplace they did not fix the problem. I called another company and they told me they were coming out four different times and never showed up, I was ready to give up. I was telling my hairdresser and she told me she had a client in that business. I called her , and even though they were booked for many months they worked me in. I needed new logs and they promptly installed them. They were very professional and
did a great job. I called them back out as I had questions about lighting the pilot light, again they came back out and answered all of my questions and the technician, Tommy, was very patient and explained everything. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend the company.

Alex was great and very knowledgeable. I’ve lived in my home for 5+ years and never been able to get my fireplace fixed or diagnosed for an affordable rate. I’m so happy I found Cooper town Chimney and just in time for Xmas !! Will definitely follow up for additional services in the future.

Coopertown was great to work with from the initial phone call to completing the job. Their estimate was the most competitive. Sometimes you worry that cheaper means "less", but but not with Coopertown. Tommy did a fantastic job and took his time carefully completing the work. He took his time explaining all of the parts of the system (new house to us) and how to use the fireplace safely (first time owning a house with gas logs). Even when I asked Tommy to explain something one more time he never seemed bothered or that I was wasting his time. I feel confident that the job was done correctly. I also appreciate the prep work that was done to prevent dust or paint getting on the floor or furniture.

Our "go to" professionals and the only ones I trust with fireplace preservation and safety in my home! Alex came out and performed a thorough inspection, annotating all needed and recommended repairs to our leaking chimney, cap and surrounding areas, a return visit to pressure wash and repair, and a final visit to seal everything and clean, and arrange my logs as the manufacturer suggests. Better than NEW! My family was able to enjoy our fireplace last night for the first time this year, and with everything cleaned, logs and under layering material replaced, it's more enjoyable than ever! Customer service from start to finish is excellent from the office staff, to clean up. . Special huge thanks to Alex, Yair & Louis for such superior work both on the interior & exterior. It’s so reassuring to know that the entire gas log system is better than new & SAFE now. I’ll never go to another company for fireplace work again. Tommy and KC(?) sorry! They were so excellent ! These guys worked 12 hours!! They were FABULOUS! Never going back to old Abbey company.. they were less expensive, more thorough, gave me more results through camera that was never told previously… Huge job… And they cleaned up! Were so professional! They will be my chimney sweep company forever.. Didn’t even know that I had had my gas logs installed incorrectly.

Coopertown has been a joy to work with. Tommy and Orlando were punctual, knowledgeable, and professional when they came out for repairs. These individuals laid out material to protect my floors and furniture as they worked. Once finished, they kindly instructed me and my husband on how to use our fireplace properly. Due to weather, they weren’t able to paint the exterior of my chimney, however, they arranged a day and time to complete that part of the project pending more appropriate weather. When they arrived, they continued to keep me informed, and again laid out material to keep my windows and surrounding property protected. Overall, I very much recommend Coopertown’s services to anyone looking to have repairs done and/or maintenance done on their chimney/fireplace.
