After a devastating fire which began at the home next door, my home was damaged. Revival began immediate work on both my home and the home next door. This included clean up, recovery of heirlooms items, dealing with insurance company etc. Everyone I dealt with at Revival from the initial response to the final paint touch up has been fantastic. Justin and Nick’s team were the best group I’ve worJed with in many many years! Their scheduling was second to none and when there was an issue, it was resolved expertly and professionally! When they scheduled something, their team was always there when they said they would be. I also want to share a special thanks to the Flooring Solutions team they contracted. Julio and his team were outstanding, they were able to take a flaw in our floor that connects the living room, kitchen, and hall and make it veritably unnoticeable! We have lived with this for 15 years after we were told absolutely nothing could be done! Revival was overall very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work with an insurance claim. Their prices were reasonable, and always fit within the budget allowed by our adjuster.

If I am being honest, our project was off to a terrible start. We were very disappointed with our project manager. The quality of work was less than stellar, and things had to be completely redone on multiple occasions. It was very frustrating for months on end, and things were moving very slowly. I’ve renovated multiple homes, so I’m aware that things take time and mistakes are made, but this was excessive.

Eventually, we were given a new project manager, Nathan, and he has been phenomenal. All the bad work was redone within a reasonable amount of time. He was very responsive, and he listened to all of our concerns. He checked in on us regularly and always followed up after things were repaired to make sure things were working well for us and that we were happy. He even went out of his way to help us submit information to the insurance company to get a few things covered we didn’t learn were damaged until well after the fact, and these were things he and his company were not getting paid for.

I’ve read all the reviews, and it appears that everyone is happy with Revival’s work. I became happy too once we were assigned a new project manager. I would use Revival in the future if Nathan were assigned to our project.

Justin Bey (project manager) and Nick (superintendent) were THE best team ever!!! Justin is an excellent communicator, very detail oriented, super professional. They went way beyond to always consider our needs - Definitely customer first mindset! A year ago we had another large insurance claim job done by another company and this was hands down a night and day difference! Thank you Justin and Nick!!!

Revival was a godsend in a time of huge stress. Kevin T was the project manager and did a great job. My house was badly damaged in a storm and needed a part of it to be torn and rebuilt. I was stuck on the other side of the country and having someone competent and trustworthy was very important. Kevin T was very good at communicating with me, sending me photos of the project, and answering my questions. His attitude is wonderful. Even the independent inspector told me over the phone that she was very well impressed with his good attitude. Kevin helped prove to the insurance company that they needed to increase their approval amount, which is something I don’t think I would have know how to do on my own. I would highly recommend them if you need something done.

We had an unfortunate water damage on a Friday morning and with a quick phone call Revival and their team were heading to our home. The mitigation team did great! Kevin was our build back project manager and he did an amazing job. He constantly communicated what was happening, gave accurate timelines, and worked directly with the contractors and floor company. My husband and I were very impressed with Revival and everyone that came into our home. We have little kids running around the house so they made sure to clean up and keep any dust enclosed. These people are so awful. Esp the bald guy who drives the white Chevrolet truck. I’ve never met anyone so disgusting and arrogant. These people are not nice. Choose another company if you want someone to care about the work they are doing and have empathy for you too.

Kevin and Chris did an awesome and timely job for us, when we had a water damage loss from our 2nd floor into our living room. From demolition and cleanup to Drywall, insulation, Painting, and Carpet, they did a great and timely job.
