We hired PuroClean, to clean our dryer vent, and I’m so glad we did! The photos show the compacted clog that was causing a major blockage in our vent line. It was packed in so tightly that their vacuum couldn’t even pull it out—they had to push it through to the other end to remove it. It was definitely a fire hazard, and we’re expecting better dryer performance right away.

They also fixed the metal hose on the back of our dryer, which had come loose and was venting heat and lint into our laundry area. They reattached it properly and sealed it with aluminum duct tape to prevent any future issues.

The whole process—from scheduling to completion—was super smooth. I was able to schedule by text, and they were responsive and got us on the books within a couple of days. The team that came out was professional, friendly, and very thoughtful. They made sure our foster dog felt comfortable (even gave her the treats I provided!) and were careful around our cat, knowing we were managing introductions between pets.

Super great company very honest! We had a brown spot in our kitchen ceiling so we asked Puroclean to come and take a look. Marcus told us it was nothing to be concerned about just condensation from an AC unit upstairs. Really appreciate his honesty and will definitely be calling them for any future needs!

Marcus and his team have helped me with projects for my customers and in my personal home. All of the gentlemen who worked to repair water damaged ceiling and walls were professionals. It is rare today to have workers who are so polite and respectful to myself and my property. They were careful and fully cleaned and reset before leaving each day. We had a couple of issues with completed work, but they came back and corrected to my satisfaction, never making excuses or disagreeing it was needed. So happy to find a business that still believes in work ethic and customer service! Highly recommended!

If there was a way to give more than five stars, I would.
After an epic renovation disaster left every surface coated in silica dust, I called in PuroClean for the clean-up. They did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, had open lines of communication for questions or concerns, cleaned ceilings, walls, floors and everything in between, and even found areas of particulates I never would've discovered. They are professional, and above all else, they are good people. I can't say enough positive things about the owner and the work crew and I am beyond pleased to finally be able to safely return home.

They came out and took care of the water damage items. I had to work and they worked around my schedule to checkup and pickup there equipment. The staff was very courteous and helpful when I asked questions. Thanks for your help in getting my home back together!!!!!!!

I was not impressed at all.The crew that came to my house used my cleaning products,they did not have a vacuum,they did not sweep or mop.They took a break after being here for 1hour,they threw cigarette butts in my driveway,they went through my medicine cabinet dropped some of it in the tub of cleaning solution.I would not!!! recommend AS A CLEANING SERVICE TO CLEAN MY DOG HOUSE.

The claim adjuster suggested this company due to smoke sud from my fireplace getting on our family furniture. The adjuster claimed that this company would clean the couch (i.e shampoo, condition, steam , OR SOMETHING .. ) the gentleman arrived at the house with A CAN of leather cleaner. How is one can going to clean two couches? I’m assuming the guy thought he was spot cleaning ?! Anywho, my mom asked questions about the process and product and long story short, he goes back to his boss and states that we refused service when in reality he stated that the little can polish he brought, doesn’t go on our suede couches ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Untrustworthy and dishonest.. I will be reaching out to the adjuster TODAY

We had a lot of smoke damage and AAA took care of everything. They packed up my property real nice. They wrapped up everything with butcher paper. Joyce was nice and helpful. I'm very happy with the service.
