This was the first time I had ever had a casualty to my business so I was unaware of how to proceed with this type of issue. After meeting Mrs. Joyce, your representative, she helped to direct me in how I should handle the lost that occurred and made it easy for me to relax knowing that my things would be taken care of. The work that was performed was above my expectations and I would use Mrs. Joyce and AAA for any problem that I may have. Thanks for making the process easy!

We had a kitchen fire in December 2017. We were out of our home for several months and looking forward to having all of our personal items cleaned and returned. Many of our items were damaged, some unusable, some that had an intolerable residue that had to be recleaned. We are still awaiting resolution of our refrigerator issue. We had purchased the unit new the summer of 2017. The unit was evaluated by someone whom AAA sent. They stated that the unit had a leveling issue that could only be helped by stacking pieces of wood underneath it. They provided this information to Josh at AAA as well as his dad. We are left wondering what happens when we have to move this for repairs or cleaning? We want answers that AAA owes us. We have made several requests. We would never recommend this service to anyone.

AAA did an outstanding job in the restoration and storage of our family contents after the fire at our home. Mses. Joyce and Evelyn and Sir Robert, to name a few, were awesome. They were great comforters during our most tumultuous times. Thanks for taking care of our family’s treasures!! 💕

We had water damage in our warehouse with hundreds of items damaged. With the help of Kevon, Victor, Wanda and Yoleis the process of recording items damaged and removing from site made my life easier. They showed up every day with great smiles and wonderful service. Great Orlando team! Thank you!

The Midtown ServPro team was incredible. Always showed up when they said they would, answered all our questions, came up with good solutions to our issues and did the work in less time than they estimated. When on earth does that ever happen? Very pleased with final product. I just met with Serve Pro to evaluate and give me a ballpark price for drying out after a water heater busted in the attic. They checked everything out and told me that everything looked o k and that they didn't really need to do anything. I couldn't believe there are still companies that will tell you the truth about the situation but they did.

I love their services. They are responsive and accessible. We contracted them for water damage reconstruction and in no time we had new floors, and new paint. We are really satisfied with their services and recommend them always.

Great work and great staff! I had graffiti sprayed on a brick wall where I work. I called Jeff, he said he would do his best. Servpro did such a good job now the rest of the building looks dirty compared to the side that was cleaned.

Jeff Clark and his team of professionals are the best in the business. When you can call from Costa Maya, Mexico and inform Jeff that your house has been involved in a fire and could you help me out and go check it out. Then to get home two days later and find most of our belongings secure in his warehouse and our house secured to prevent anyone from getting in. I don’t live in Memphis and know barely anyone in this area, but am here indefinitely to help care for my father in his last days. The basement in dad’s old house flooded with 6 feet of sewer water. Once that was gone, there was a lot left to clean out. Allen and his team did an absolutely amazing job in removing all the ruined junk. They’re friendly, professional, extremely competent, and Allen made sure to get the job done in one day so we could continue to provide dad with home health care. It’s been a challenging time for my family, but Allen and his team took a huge burden off our shoulders.

Our water heater flooded part of our home while we were out of town. Jeff and Allen were on site early on a Monday, and had the restoration work in progress by Tuesday. Throughout the project, they were in frequent contact, checked in on the progress in person almost every day, and were always quick with replies by phone or text - even on weekends! Every crew member who came to our home was friendly and worked hard. I recommend ServPro of Midtown for any restoration work - can't say enough good things about these guys!
