He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly cared more about helping me find the right solution than just making a sale. Highly recommend!

After receiving four other estimates for the extensive drainage mitigation project needed to stop basement flooding & foundation damage, I saw an ad on our local CBS affiliate, WTVF, for Ground Up. I decided to call & what a great choice that was! From the physical examination of premises, through the bid, & to completion of this project, I was both impressed & thrilled with Ground Up! On the day of initiation, more mold & water incursion was found (after removal of wallboard & insulation. I was at work, so I called my brother to speak with Jason. He gave my brother a visual inspection & verbal presentation of additional costs. My brother explained this issue & pressing need for additional work. When I explained that I had only budgeted for the original costs, Jason was able to allow me a lenient payment plan for the extra money. Being a little old little, this meant so much! I am now paid in full & throughout the winter & spring rains, that basement & foundation are dry as a bone! Great workmanship, completed within 3 days (d/t inclement weather or) & under the prices quoted by the four other well known companies! I feel comfortable telling friend & family to call Ground Up. In fact, I have done so!

Jason did a great job making the estimate easy to follow, providing the photos and bid quickly. He was thorough and friendly. The repair team was ahead of schedule so actually came a day early (with our approval), did all the work, re-leveled and made the door crack lines almost disappear. His team was hard working, again thorough, and finished the job all in one day, working a little later than expected on a Friday to complete it. They were professional, polite and busy all day. Very pleased with the work, the team and the follow-up with warranty and comments.

I called Ground Up for an inspection of our home after noticing a few areas in our basement walls and exterior brick work. Matt Martin stopped by and performed a very thorough inspection of the entire house. Laser measurements inside and out, humidity readings, complete inspection of crawl space/basement.... the whole nine yards. Matt then walked me through exactly what he found, explained what is normal vs not normal...and helped put my mind at ease regarding the condition of our foundation. He told me exactly what to look for in the future...and helped me understand a reasonable plan of attack if future repairs are needed. After Matt left, I could finally breathe a bit easier as a homeowner! 5 Stars!

I obtained several quotes before I selected a company to correct my foundation issues. I selected Ground Up Foundation Repair in Murfreesboro for several reasons. First, their representative was the only representative to note cracks on two sides of my garage. The others noted only one side and their proposed solutions would not have taken care of the problem correctly. Second, my wife’s cousin had used this company for a foundation repair a year ago and gave them an excellent recommendation. Lastly, they are a locally owned company with years of experience and all the reviews I read were positive.

I was pleased with every part of their service. They were very professional and finished the job on time. They were careful with our property and did an excellent job of putting things back in order. Their staff was easy to work with and their management was especially helpful. They were concerned with making sure I was satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend this company. We had several issues going on in our crawl space under the house. The contractor that we had here giving us an estimate referred us to Ground Up. They came in assessed the issue and got it taken care of!! There were a few hiccups along the way but Ground Up made sure to fix the issue and make sure it was done right. Got out to my home fast to assess the situation, and offered a multitude of solutions depending on my budget, comfort, and practicality. Mark was knowledgable, while also remaining open to my thoughts and concerns on the situation. Will call Mark and the Ground Up team again.

Exceptional Customer Service. After my initial installation, I had concerns. My floor didn't feel right. Made the call and management came out and started over. The job was corrected, and fully explained. Only thing that could have gone better was the initial install, but then I wouldn't have met the owner. Would gladly do business again.

The Ground Up team did an excellent job providing and installing a dehumidification system for my crawlspace. After initially reaching out to them to discuss my needs, a visit was immediately arranged and a very comprehensive and reasonable quote was provided. Upon acceptance, work was scheduled and on the day of installation, Slade and his team arrived, reviewed the work, answered all my questions and proceeded to seal the vents and install the dehumidification unit and condensate pump over the course of a few hours. Work was done efficiently and professionally. A few days later a small leak was detected and I reached back out to Ground Up who responded immediately (same day) by Brandon who came out and resolved the issue. Unit has been running great and humidity has been reduced significantly. Big shout out to Camie, who handled the scheduling, answered (or got answers) to questions about the quote as well as the job and handled the financials. Thanks to the entire team at Ground Up for a job extremely well done! Very pleased and satisfied with the entire process and end results.

He not only provided a detailed quote, but also explained preventative maintenance steps to help avoid future problems.
