Love the workmanship of The Covered Patio. Josh and his crew of two were amazing to watch and very pleasant to interact with. Now we have a maintenance free aluminum porch we are proud of! They even installed our dog door. We love how the pickets on the new outside door lined up perfectly with the pickets surrounding our porch. These guys worked hard and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

The Covered Patio was a breath of fresh air to work with to complete replacement of our 20 year old deck screens. They were very timely, great communicators and exceed the commitments promised. I would highly recommend them for their services.

I shopped around for quotes and decided to go with the covered patio. Pleasurable and professional experience from the no pressure sales, competitive pricing, to the creative install to ensure everything fit snug after a beam had sunk slightly. I would recommend them highly them. Love my screened in porch in east Nashville!

So impressed with the work that Josh and his team were able to do for us. In two days our back deck was completely transformed, and we've already spent more time out there in the time since it was completed as we probably did in the prior 6 months. I've already recommended The Covered Patio to a few friends who are looking to complete similar projects. Responsiveness, communication, budget considerations, and build quality were all fantastic.

I was happy with everything until I made a payment in full. After I made full payment you have not responded to installation of a fan that you promised. I have made numerous attempts to contact the project manager and he has failed to return my call and give me a time that the fan will be installed. This has caused me to have a negative opinion of The Covered Patio. I am still waiting for an answer

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not even entertain a quote. They covered our patio, and have been out at least four times to “fix” the roof. Every time it rains, the roof leaks. They are incompetent and incapable of producing the quality product that is promised. They use bandaids to fix the leaks in their poorly built roofing. I regret using them. Unfortunately, we are 20k into a crappy job. We had the very same patio done at our old house, they came out, did the job right the first time and we never had to contact them again. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use them in this project as we are too far away. This has been the worst experience for an outdoor project we have ever encountered. I urge you all…..find someone else to cover your patio! Unless you just want to have continuous problems…if that’s you…call them, they will deliver that GUARANTEED!

The Covered Patio replaced four windows on the front of my home, along with the siding, and gutters. The workman ship was quite good and there were no issues with the installation. However the nails left in the yard were a problem. They also poured a concrete patio and put up an awning and a screened in patio room. I must say Josh Orr and his crew did an outstanding job. I would give the screen installation crew five stars.

Installation team headed by Josh and included Miguel and Eddie was good. When coming up against a couple obstacles, they resolved them, switched gears and used innovation and experience (Josh).
Communication between the sales person, the manager, the installation team and the consumer could improve. Letting the consumer know construction start dates instead of the consumer having to call (weeks after salesman and contract was signed) to find out would be another suggested improvement.
Installation team was told to demo entire existing front porch by a person who was never here and never saw the area we did not want demo’d. Nonetheless they followed the orders they got from the main office but Josh came up with 2 possible solutions. It worked and looks good. All three installers never entered our home (except quick bathroom stops) were respectful and efficient. Cleaned up the construction areas ea day well.

Very pleased with our experience with The Covered Patio. Marcus was great at explaining all the details when giving us a quote and getting us all set up and keeping us informed. The real MVP though is Steve. Steve built and installed our screened patio during snow and frigid temps that were in the 20's. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend The Covered Patio and would use them again in the future. Thank you!

Edit: After having my screened in patio for 5+ years now, the roof they built developed a leak. Despite me being out of warranty, I contacted Marcus Busey(Project Mgr for Covered Patio) just to see if they would offer any sort of assistance. Marcus went above and beyond and had the roof repaired at NO COST to me. This is what a great business does, stand behind their craftsmanship!!! Thank you Marcus!!!

Excellent company from top to bottom!!! Project was adding the shed roof(+ shingling it), framing/screening the entire structure. Started/completed on schedule and craftsmanship is excellent. They use top quality, heavy duty products. If you are considering a screen room, don't waste your time with other companies. Their prices are very competitive and work is top notch. Call them today and don't look back. It will be the best decision you've made in a long time!!!

Timely, capable, and deliver a quality product. Respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We wanted a simple screened in patio under our sunroom and they made that happen. There was even some challenging cuts to making it go around brick work. The process from start to finish was smooth and communication was great. And came in budget wise so much better than other companies. Mainly because they listened to what we wanted instead of wanting to add in all the extras. Would highly recommend The Covered Patio!

We contacted The Covered Patio in regards to having a motorized screen to enclose our patio when the mood strikes. Marcus and his crew showed up and they were professional and friendly. We had it installed today and we couldn’t be happier! It stormed all night last night and this morning I was able to sip my coffee and stay warm! Worth every penny!

I would recommend this company hands down. I had done my market research prior to contacting companies for quotes. The Covered Patio was superior in every aspect of business. My sales rep Justin was/is very professional and represented the company well. Work was completed way ahead of the projected lead time which is always a plus.

Three of our family members have used the covered patio. one had a pavilion and two had screened in patios, one on a concrete pad and one on top of the deck. The most recent is a screened in on a deck. Josh and his team did a great job and it only took 1 and 1/2 days. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. The metal fencing on the inside of the screen, it's fantastic. if you have a cat or a dog, I would suggest that you have the metal fencing on the interior of the screen. it's also a great barrier for furniture or accidentally putting your foot through the screen. Would definitely upgrade to the better quality screen for durability and privacy . if you have a pet that you would like to have access in and out, be sure to upgrade the screen doors with a pet access door . they replaced the deck boards that were unusable and we will restain those and put carpet on top. happy with all of their work. would definitely use them again.

The Covered Patio did an incredible job on my motorized screens. My back patio is a completely different space. Marcus was great to work with during the sales process. He was very patient and walked me through various options to meet my needs. I ended up going with a lighter color shade, and I love it! Ben, the installer, did a fantastic job. He was kind, precise and made sure I was happy with the work. I'm so so happy and would highly recommend The Covered Patio.

P.S. While pricey, the Covered Patio offers the most competitively priced motorized shades around. I did a lot of research and was happy they offered such a great product at high but reasonable price compared to other companies.
