Joe was a hell of a nice guy to deal with. I hired him from New York to handle some tree removal on my property. His prices were very fair and I was satisfied with the work

My prized 30 foot Bradford Pear split and fell in my yard. I contacted All American for and estimate on removal and stump grinding. The owner (Joe Cox) came immediately, explained exactly what was involved and gave me a fair price. In two days he removed the tree, ground the stump and cleaned up so impeccably that you couldn't even tell he had been there! He even cut the branches and hauled them to my fire pit and cut up the trunk into fire worthy logs for me. I recommend All American to my friends and co-workers and will not hesitate to call for any future lawn maintenance needs.

The crew was incredibly efficient and professional. They trimmed 5 trees near the house and removed a tree stump for less money than I anticipated. I would hire them again for any tree service needs. We done All American Tree Service

Could not have asked for more! All American provided Same Day Emergency Service as we had a large tree on the property line fall across our neighbors back yard. Within hours the crew had begun Emergency Removal. The crew was prompt, professional and very thorough. Gave attention to even the smallest of details. (Raked the yard once all limbs had been removed, washed down walkway and patio that had been affected not quoted and not expected.) The cost was extremely reasonable given the amount of work and effort that was required and that it was extremely short notice. I highly, highly recommend All American Service! Joe and crew are the best!

Joe and his team came in very fashionable time. I thought I had a plan, no. Joe showed me the safe and correct way to drop my tree to avoid any damages and he did so just how he explained. Very happy with his services and my decision. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a expert!

Joe and his crew are so awesome! They never fail and I have used them for over 15 projects for our clients to have tree removal and trimming done! He is also so nice and respectful! Would definitely recommend!

My first experience with this company a few years ago was very good, however this year was another story.

I hired them to cut down one totally dead Leland Cypress about 18' tall and to grind the stump. I even showed the owner Joe exactly what tree it was on my back property line. His crew should up early one morning and did the work which was great. However, they also proceeded to cut down another tree in my side yard which was perfectly healthy. They put both trees in my side yard and street and left them for days before they were removed. Joe said he was waiting on a piece of equipment to get repaired to do that. Well, these were not big branches that even could have thrown on their truck by hand. So it was aggravating they did not do this when they cut both trees down .

Next issue with them was hiring them to plant two trees in front of my garage. Joe said we should wait until after we had a frost and I was okay with that. Well the 1st frost came and went and it has been about a month and a half and I still don't have my trees. So I told Joe to forget it on Nov. 21 and I will find someone else. He is not very reliable or professional in my opinion.

He was also suppose to grind the stump up where his crew cut down the wrong tree, well that never happened either. He does not communicate his plans unless you ask him what is going on, that is not professionalism in my book.

Anyway, I can no longer recommend this tree service.

Joe and his team do great work. Had three large pine trees removed that were dangerously close to the house and a fence, with one hanging over the power line. His crew dropped them quickly in pieces with no damage to surrounding structures. Due to various delays, clean up and haul away took much longer than expected, but Joe made things right.

I have used this company twice for tree work and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Not only was I given a more than fair quote, Mr. Joe Cox and his team were professional and extremely reliable. It was amazing to have someone not only agree to do the job but also executed in the timeframe that was promised. Truly would’ve given more stars if I could.

Joe and his workers really know what they’re doing. Incredibly fast service. We had a precarious dead tree overhanging our roof. During the tree removal, a branch fell and damaged the roof. Joe had it fixed within a couple hours! Honest work, honest value.

Joe and his team took care of a tree we needed down without damaging anything around where the behemoth stood. His crew got it down in 2 days and cleanup within 2 weeks due to poor weather. I would recommend him and his team for your tree removal needs.

Joe did a magnificent job pruning back some old growth trees around my house on an acre lot. He and his crew were diligent, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Joe and All American Tree Service.

Out of 6 different companies that came out to view the trees at our house, it was immediately clear that Joe & All American Tree Services were the company that we were going to choose. We trusted Joe & the services he explained in the consultation. (Every other company gave us a bad feeling, for one reason or another).

His guys removed 3 trees in our front yard & 2 in the back along with trimming some of our neighbor's at the fence line, that were hanging over badly. And they ground the 4 big tree stumps.They completed the BIG job in 2 to 3 days. We knew we needed the trees cut down, but Joe was honest and explained that 2 of the trees were an actual danger to our home and family, if a storm came through. He is as honest as they come, reliable, and the work his company does... is nothing short of exceptional.

After a tall cypress tree split and part of it fell into my backyard during the storm on 7/7/23, I searched for a company to cut it down and stack 18" long pieces for firewood. I decided to go through the BBB website and contacted several companies about this situation. I'm still surprised by how many companies didn't even acknowledge my request for quotes or respond to them. When I reached out to All American Tree Services, Joe responded quickly. He came out to my property when I asked him to, and gave me a fair quote. His crew arrived a day earlier than expected, but that worked out better for me. They worked quickly and followed instructions and requests to the letter. When they were done, there wasn't any debris left in my backyard from the tree. From the moment I first reached out to Joe, he was friendly, helpful, had a great sense of humor, and made my situation a priority for him and his crew. He was great about communicating with me, which was very important to me. Joe gave me a fair price that was very competitive with the few companies that I spoke with. Those other companies seemed to take advantage of a bad situation and benefit from it financially. Joe had a more personal approach to it, and that made a huge difference in how he and his crew took care of the fallen tree in my backyard. I highly recommend Joe and his crew and will be using them for all future tree issues.
