I️ hired they Collective to do some carpet cleaning at my brother’s house. His carpets has pet stains and a light odor. After they finished, his carpet looked new and the odor and stains were gone. I️ was very pleased with their service and will be hiring again.

I used this business for carpet cleaning services back in May 2021. When my carpet dried looking the same as it did the day before they came, I ask them to return and fix it, they never returned my calls or texts messages.

Didn't hear from them until I asked for my money back, to me the service is not completed until your carpet is clean. They said that the service was completed, so they owed me no refund.

Bought a house these guys worked on for the previous owner. Nothing is done correctly. Maybe they were told to do substandard work? I don't know but I do not think I would ever have them do work for me.

Highly recommend. The home we purchased had water in the crawl space. They were very professional, walked us through everything that would be done, and they stayed until the job was completed. They took before and after pictures so we could see the work. They also provide an excellent warranty and their prices can't be beat.

These guys did a great job for us , we needed to remediate some mold under our house before we could sell. They were able to work with our time frame and keep the closing right on schedule. Plus all their work came with a guarantee and warranty. The money we saved calling A-1 was incredible compared to the other quotes we had received. Highly recommend!!!

Grant and his co worker came in to clean and reseal our entire master bath. Including all tile floor and shower walls and floor. Also added 2 corner stainless steel shelves for us. Looks better then what builder had done. Thanks you so much Grant. Happy wife.
