She patiently answered all my questions, clearly explained the process, and helped me schedule the service at my convenience. These guys are AMAZING! They’ve done dozens of complete gutter jobs for us, as well as repairs and maintenance needs. They are top notch, have the best customer service, and the fastest response and communication of any others in our area (believe me, I’ve seen em all)! They’re thorough and fast, but deliver the BEST product and installation I’ve seen in Tennessee! Including a few pics of just one of their MANY amazing installs. ALL done in a day, on site!

Flowshield had a team out to replace my gutters today. They added leaf guard protection and a drip edge. Price was very reasonable and the team of Jose, Hector and one other guy did a great job installing the gutters, explaining about fascia rot, and how to protect my homes value going forward. They were kind, respectful and very professional. Very happy with the end result. Thank you!

I would recommend Flowshield to all of my friends and neighbors! The sales to install was amazing! I especially had a nice intersection with summer and was very pleased with the work.

Blake Hackney was the person that came and gave me my estimate. He was very informative. He spent time and talked to me about the whole process. I was at work when the crew came to install the new gutters. When it was time to make the payment the managers were very helpful. My new gutters are lovely. I would have made a couple of changes but they are 100% better than what I had. My house is located in Hixson, TN.

Oscar came out and gave us a reasonable quote for the amount of work that needs to be done. Very willing to work with a budget. I cant wait to have the work completed by such a competent company with all of these good reviews.

Jen called me immediately after posting my needs on Angie's list and she came out the very next morning and discussed prices and we agreed and they were so fair with me that we flipped a coin tails would be my price heads be her price and I won the coin toss so I got my my price.
The crew will be here in 5 days to complete the work good deal if weather permits.

We had our estimated done on Tuesday and Wednesday morning they were done before lunch. The workers we fast and polite. Oscar set us up and was very helpful throughout the process. Great experience all around.

Jen Lawson was great to work with. She took time explaining different gutter systems. After reviewing other samples, the FlowShield Gutter Guard met my needs hands down. There was no high pressure tactics. I was most impressed by Jen Lawson.

Jamie came out to give us an estimate on gutter covers for our home. He called us back writhin 5 minutes of us requesting a quote, and came out the next day. He quoted on the work that was necessary without pushing us for extra work we did not need. We were approved in less than ten minutes, and our installation was scheduled for tomorrow. Excellent response, excellent knowledge on services and product, and they want to work! Nothing lazy about Jamie or his team. We are very impressed!

We had Tyler Covington who is a representative with FlowShield come out to give us a bid on putting gutters on our new home, we have worked with several contractors through our build and we were impressed with his knowledge and education on gutters and what makes a good gutter product stand out from other vendors, the difference in the quality of materials they use versus other competitors was a easy decision, his bid was amazing and even better installation was scheduled for the next day! I am so happy with their job, if you’re looking for a honest gutter company Flowshield is your best bet!

Brian Galkus and crew do fantastic work. I had a very pleasant experience. The crew was very detail oriented, and did a fantastic job cleaning up when the job was done. 10/10 would recommend FlowShield Gutter Protection for all of your needs.

FlowShield Gutter Protection was a dream to work with. Jen Lawson, their sales rep was professional, knowledgeable, timely and an all around nice person. She made the whole process of ordering, measuring and installation painless. I highly recommend Jen Lawson if you have need of new gutters.

Forrest arrived on time and carefully explained the process of adding protection to my gutters. He brought samples of other products so I could compare with his product. He did not take up a lot of my time and everything was presented in writing. I'm looking forward to the install and will write another review at that time.

Update:
I was pleasantly surprised that my gutters were cleaned and the new gutter guards installed the same day that Forrest gave me a quote! The two installers arrived later in the day and were both professional and quick. Now the rainwater doesn't spill over the gutter and into my screened porch! I appreciated the payment not being due until the job was completed.

She came, she saw and then gave us the best course of action. Made sure we got the warranty so we were covered for future issues.

Oh her name was Jen and would recommend. Probably the first time someone educated me without trying to sell me.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The quality of the gutter covers and workmanship exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual, respectful, and very knowledgeable. You can tell they take pride in their work. The system has handled heavy rain and falling leaves without any problems. Jen came out to my house and was on time. From the time we shook hands she was professional and has a very calming demeanor. She gained my trust and we made arrangements to do the work today. My job does not include an entire gutter system. The fact they were willing to do a relatively small job says a lot about her and Flow Gutter Protection.
