Not responsive told me would schedule an appointment and didn’t and want to charge 250 to stretch one room that’s 170 sq ft . Home Depot quoted 300 to install pad and carpet . This is unprofessional this guy has his sister running his phone and she clearly don’t know what she is doing

I had Grant come out to my house in Murfreesboro to stretch & repair 3 places in my carpet. He was very professional & even worked me in on a day that he had other obligations.

Grant and Daniel have cleaned the carpets in our whole house, as well as cleaning and regrouting bathroom, foyer, and kitchen floors. Their work is amazing. They arrive on time, clean up when they are done, replace all the furniture…true professionals! They are the best!

Had carpet repair done using surplus from original carpet installation-and this fellow did an amazing job! See the attached pics-the only reason for the color difference was because of normal wear on the existing carpet. I can’t feel any transition at the repair edge. Great price, too-$200 and he was here for more than 2h. Hard to find these days around here. The guy was punctual, kind, clean, and respectful. Thank you Carpet Surgeon!

Decided to go with the FlowShield system based on the sturdy metal structure of the product along with how small the holes are in the mesh. I have tried other products with the larger holes in the mesh and small sticks, ends of leaves, etc. get caught in them rendering them ineffective over time.

I have a large Hickory tree in the backyard that continuously fills my gutters throughout the year. With the guarantee, even if the screens don't self clean as intended, FlowShield will come out and clean them at no cost.

Drake was prompt on his arrival time and was not a "pushy salesperson". Gave me a quote per linear foot and accurately measured the size of the job. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner.

Ronald was out early the next morning for the install and knocked out 135 feet of protection on the back side of my house in just over 2 hours. Half of it was at a second story height.

Some issues that were not corrected during the install remained, and there was some difficulty contacting FlowShield. We did get in touch with the company and they have sent out a crew that remedied our problems. Thank you FlowShield.

Just this week we asked for an estimate and Oscar Rodriguez went above and beyond for us! Very respectful, very friendly, and not pushy at all. He was extremely knowledgeable on the gutter system, and helped us out anyway he could. We decided to sign right then and there, and within a few hours the install team was at our home installing the gutters.
